idk if i wanted to do two or three. I've been here a few times, its the closest to me. and I've had at least two orders end up being the exact opposite of what i ordered. i ordered vanilla custard for my blendini, I've got chocolate custard. i asked for RED raspberry ice in my order and got BLUE. another time i brought a friend with me and she ordered Reese's cups for her add in and the girl serving us apparently ran out half way through the order, didn't say anything to anyone and randomly added in literal peanuts and chocolate chips. this would have been a great point to communicate an issue to...

We were visiting the area and staying in a hotel. We ordered Uber eats and it took 2 hours and then they dropped us saying Rita’s closes at 9pm. We called Rita’s and John answered. We explained the situation and he apologized and offered to bring us our order on his way home from work. He called my cell to announce his arrival and when we got downstairs he was waiting in the lobby with the biggest smile. John’s customer service is TOP NOTCH. Never fire him. From one custard lover to the next, he made out evening....

I walked in at 9:40pm. They close at 10:00. I asked the young man who was working if it would be rude for me to order after he had just mopped the floor and was about to close. He insisted that I come in and order whatever I needed. He even added on that he still had an order to make because he could tell I felt bad. People like this young man make the world a better place. This Rita’s has earned my business forever...
