T.J. Maxx — Local services in East Marlborough Township

12/23/22, I found they were open 'til 11:00. I walked in at 10:50pm looking for leather gloves. I didn't walk in to a store that was not happy to see someone come in so late. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I was in the accessories/purse areas and it was clean & organized. I found a pr of gloves with no price tag, I stopped someone for help. It was Mgr Cloe. She took care of it & held them up front so I could use my last few minutes to look for a small purse for my mother (I found 2!). SMOOTHEST shopping experience I've had in awhile. I'm guessing the personality/attitude from Cloe has created this good atmosphere. I hope my next experience will be the same - I will be back! TIP, in 3 wks the store will receive more...

Patty is a super excellent example of kindness and superb customer service! I have been searching for a specific item for weeks at multiple tj maxx, marshalls, home goods. But Patty went above and beyond but checking every time I called for the item and even taking my name and number down and calling me this morning as soon as they item came in and placing it on hold for me! I am super pleased with Patty's kindness and this TJ maxx! Will definitely recommend this location and I really appreciate all the hard work and thoughtfulness!...

Tj Maxx what a disappointment. Like getting a bag of seeds and stems thinking your getting fire. The clear water cologne was 30$ and everywhere else 20~21$. They don't price match was pointed out to me quickly. Tj Maxx used to be your choice good stuff bought for a good price. Now they look to bend you over and greed has now overtaken them. What a huge...
