Ulta Beauty — Local services in East Marlborough Township

After searching the internet looking for a salon for a couple of weeks I ran across a very friendly and polite young lady by the name of Juanita. I explained that I was new to the area and state. She invited me to this establishment. Upon arrival I explained what I needed done and she says yes I understand what you need. I was VERY please with the outcome of my hair. I came back, same experience. But what I didn't like was the very thick atmosphere of something in the air among staff. You could Cleary feel like something wasn't right. I like feeling comfortable where I spend my dollars. Some of the staff speak and some don't. That's not good. Also, when i got ready to come back for my 3rd appointment, I find my hairdresser is no longer there. Very disappointing to know as she appereared to be the only one there with knowledge of AA hair. And knowledgeable about the hair that's natural. It would help to have someone that does this. The younger generation can't grasp that concept or don't want to. I will not be returning. I have had quite the hair journey at this salon with Alyssa, and I couldn't be happier with the results! We started with the red, went purple and blue. Then I decided to chop off most of my hair and go completely blue. After my blue we went green and purple, then toned it down to a pinkish blonde to go pastel! These have been the craziest transformations I have ever done with my hair, and I trust my hair fully to Alyssa. Hands down the greatest hair dresser I have ever seen. She puts so much care into each step of the process, making sure my hair is protected and taken care of while ensuring my comfort.

The rest of the staff at the store is amazing too, every time I get my hair done here I walk out feeling like I have won...

Never again!!! After calling this morning & asking if they had any dyson air wraps, I was placed on hold & then was told yes they had 1 available. I asked if they would hold it until this afternoon….again I was placed on hold & she came back and said yes & I gave her my name to hold. After an hour drive up from Delaware I arrived at the store shortly after 3:00 & waited in line to pick up my dyson air wrap. After looking all around behind the counter, no one could find it. Employee said unfortunately we don’t have it. I asked her if they sold it, & she just looked at me!! Never again will I ever shop at Ulta! The worst customer service ever!!! A two hour car ride for nothing & nothing but a sorry from employees!!!...
