We were really excited to try a new Latino food truck. However, we were really disappointed with the quality of the salchipapas. Fries were too greasy, and did not reflect the $13 price point. The #1 combo was alright. The beef and chorizo were very good, the ribs were not as flavorful. The arepas and tostones were amazing! But again, for $36 we expected a little bit more. Overall, the high points did not exceed the low points. I’m afraid we would not recommend this spot. The service and the atmosphere was great, plenty of tables to sit, and the girl was really helpful and kind.

Excelente Atención y Calidad, la carne en Vara se derrite en tu boca, sin duda un rincón donde siempre volveré! Un Restaurante con el verdadero sabor Venezolano. Excellent attention and quality, the meat in Vara a delight melts in your mouth, without a doubt a corner where I will always return! A restaurant with the true Venezuelan flavour.

Excelente Atención y Calidad, la carne en Vara se derrite en tu boca, sin duda un rincón donde siempre volveré! Un Restaurante con el verdadero sabor Venezolano. Excellent attention and quality, the meat in Vara a delight melts in your mouth, without a doubt a corner where I will always return! A restaurant with the true Venezuelan flavour.
