The worker Sydia is horrible. She took my order of half supreme pizza and half pepperoni and got it wrong. I called twice to make sure they got it correct she said yes she has it correct. I receive my pizza and it was incorrect I received half pepperoni and half plain. She then answered the phone when I Called and told me that they put the pizza in wrong. I asked her is there any way it could be fixed she told me that she would have to charge my card extra money because supreme is a specialty my mother is a disabled veteran and loves supreme pizza but she didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for her pizza to come so I told Sydia that we was just going to keep the incorrect pizza. Sydia then hung up immediately after I told her we were just going to keep the pizza. I called back and asked to speak with the manger and Sydia then played as if she was the manger and told me that the conversation that happened on the phone did not happen in the manor I stated because she was standing directly next to the worker(herself) . The system is "down" Mohammed from corporate called me, and that my order was cancelled. Oh, and let's not forget, my money was exchanged for the transaction, but now I have to wait on a refund. How has this place not closed?
Straight garbage, from the delivery drivers, to the store employees. I get it, it's east orange. But papa John's needs to do better. As one of my favorite pizza places, I spend too much on Papa johns to be treated like garbage, and to not have my order correct. Now, here's another problem I just encountered. If you place an order within this store, the system is "down." Mohammed from "corporate" will call you and tell you that the order has been canceled due to the system being "down." No - what is actually occuring is, the employees don't want to do the job and make my pizza. Then, Papa John's is going to tell me I have to wait for my money back on my credit card? Never spending another dime...
Read moreI ordered from there app last night. They said it would've been 45-50mins top. The order went through but 10mins after it said it was on its way. In my head I'm like nah that was too quick. That 10 mins went into the 45 min wait. I was waiting with my phone in hand on the "delivery driver" is outside but nothing, all I heard was my doorbell ringing non stop and big bangs on the apartment door like it was the police. I finally ran down and noticed it was the driver. He was like spanish or Italian. I'm like sir why didn't you call? He's like something about phones got restrictions 👀 how are you a delivery driver and your phone is off? Like the pizza 🍕 was stale also the crust was hard to chew like.
