This was my second time eating here simply trying to support a local business. I will say that the store appears to be clean and so does the area that they cook in. The first time the Italian cheeseburger was a bit over seasoned and there wasn't enough tiny cheap fries like it was clearly lacking. The bread was literally closed no fries sticking out at all. I knew I wasn't coming back until they changed the fries at the least. I came today to get an Italian cheesesteak and was willing to pay for extra fries on the sandwich to make it a 'normal' amount. I didn't do it once realizing that of all the options they have that isn't one of them. You have to order an order of fries for $2.49 for that to happen. I could barely taste or see the cheese on the sandwich and while they've switched to the skinny version of crinkle fries I got even less than the last time. I took a couple bites and just stopped eating it. The sandwich is seasoned enough for 4 burgers. You are to use LESS seasoning on a thin meat like a cheesesteak and there are barely fries on here at all. They've had this complaint before and while there was more than enough meat this is no where near a $10.89 sandwich and if you offer fries on something there should be a reasonable amount. Either go back to the original skinny chicken shack like fries and give TWICE the amount orrrrrrr simply buy thicker fries for your customers. You are better off going to one of the Sandwiches Unlimited locations (one is about a block from KFC) and you have to tell them to season your food and they'll let you pick a pack of salt and pepper or two to give them to season it for you smh.

I'm not the type to write reviews but this will be an exception... I called to place an order and spoke to Jenny on the phone, she was great and very understanding of my food allergies! The food was fresh and delicious! Great service and the cleanliness of the place was exceptional! This place has become my go-to spot when I'm too exhausted to make dinner!

I attend a school in the immediate area. Just about everyone here seems to feel that this place is overpriced. Previous time I decided to splurge, someone named Yenni made me an absolutely wonderful sandwich and did so with good positive energy, just great professional customer service. She made me want to come back despite the price, because she made it worthwhile in her service and the quality of sandwich. So I went again today, but Yenni wasn't there. This time I asked the woman making my sandwich if she could put a little extra banana pepper because the ordering kiosk didn't offer that option, and she said, "Did you pay for more???", then when handing me my uncustomized sandwich, she asked to see my receipt when clearly it was my sandwich to begin with. Then later on I found out she put potatoes on my sandwich, which was supposed to be an Italian cheesesteak. Who puts potatoes on an Italian cheesesteak??? So let's review: overpriced and limited customization within what they do have, bad service aside from Yenny, and the food is so-so. I can even put up with so-so food if that's what's in the immediate area, I can put up with paying a few extra bucks if that's all that's in the area, but if you can bind those two and add on poor and unfriendly service, then no thank you. MAYBE if I could get Yenni every time, but I likely won't walk back in there to begin with anyway. So congratulations, you were stingy on not giving me a little more of a topping, and now you've lost a customer in the area who might've otherwise convinced others at my school to use you guys, but hey, you've still got those few extra banana peppers...

One of the few stores in the area with boars head lunch meat. That's the only reason I ever eat here. If you have a food allergy of any kind I would not recommend. This deli is very unsanitary and demonstrates a lack of concern for cross contamination. Also I purchased bags of chips that I discovered were actually already open. This is unacceptable.

I returned to the store the following day because I'm going to get what I paid for. They made me another sandwich and allowed me to get two bags of chips as replacement. They insisted it was something so simple to be fixed but I doubt they considered severe food allergies as a serious issue. Nor travel distance and gas to and from the store . They appered noticably upset by my review when they realized that it was me who had written about MY experience..this made me eerie about eating the sandwich. However I review because that was my personal experience with this particular deli on that...
