Purchased a fan, comfort zone, less than a month ago, did not expect the fan to go bad in such a short time frame, as a normal organized person would do, I disposed of the box along with the receipt. Within two weeks, the fan started to act up, with work taking up all of my time, I help on to the fan not thinking it would be an issue to exchange the item because Iāve worked in customer service for over 11yrs. I finally had time yesterday, called the store and explained the situation and was told to come down with the fan. The gentleman was willing to assist with the exchange until the owner came out of nowhere and halted the transaction as if a fraud transaction was in progress. The owner was so rude and refused to complete my transaction after I was advice to come down, I left the store without my old fan nor a new fan and wasted gas, Iāve never experienced anything like this, the sales rep had a better attitude than the owner. So a woman walks up the the store and is standing and waiting so. I figured I would ask her about the store hours. I kindly asked if she worked there and if they opened at 9am? She nods yes to working there and replies they open at 9:30am. She seemed bothered that I was asking her question...... I said oh, ok..... so when 9:30 arrived and left at 9:49am I said to her āexcuse me. Are they going to open at a different time today.ā She just kept sipping on her coffee and acted as if I didnāt even ask her a question. Sheās very rude, and unprofessional! You work for the establishment that Iām trying to enquirer information about, and she was just RUDE!!! She needs an attitude adjustment! Thatās why I left and took my business elsewhere! If she treats a customers like this outside of the store, I can only imagine what her customer service is like...

Inclusive I had to calling because they would just send me to the automated voicemail from the store. Once I finally got to speak to the supervisor she stated she was unaware of the delay I clear told her how can a customer purchase an item from you guys and don't receive a courtesy call informing me there was a delay for my delivery. She still told me she didn't know how can she not communicate with her drivers and verify. I had to put one star and my table has a crack on the side horrible customer service they only want your money and they disregard you when there is a problem buyer beware of this place.
