I am surprised by the service every time I go to this taco bell! Bc this taco bell is busy allot of times. They are located fairly alone, and very close to train station, airport, Woodward, And several Apts. However!! An employee always steps up to make the experience-fine! My first time it was cashier, short, lightskin black young lady with a soft voice. Well she used her little soft voice to interrupt me a couple times from my confusion staring at the kiosk. "I can take your order" I thought I heard someone say,. But didn't think it was to me. " Ma'am" just a little bit louder I heard this time soi looked up and she was telling me to walk over and order with her! I was relieved instantly! Next time I was here in a hurry and the tables were filled with people with no food in front of them. Uber,dasher, orders. And people waiting on ghost orders going out while we sat there in person.. Hungry! An employee was walking in the door to start his shift. A young black man with short dreds (maybe braids) he did put a cap on. He washed up quickly and did not hesitate to began urgency on handing out these orders. And the last time I visited was for my son who is OCD . If his order is not exactly the same as he expects it will make his whole day uneasy. He is 20 and I was bringing him lunch to work. I was the only customer at this time. The cashier was so helpful as I began asking questions about food. Beefy cheese burrito, 5 layer burrito, 5 dollar boxes. And she could tell that the price was a factor in my order so she was sure to advise me on diff deals that includes the food I wanted, and the best way to make my order as financially easy as we could and still get everything my son would expect. Plus food for me. (Note to corporate Taco Bell: never instruct employees Not to advise of deals! Customers love deals! Read moreThis is my second time here. Both times were for DoorDash pickups. Both times were evening/night shift. I don't know the dark skinned guys name that was taking and giving the orders at the drive thru, but he acts as if he's the manager for night shift. Both times he was extremely rude for literally no reason. When I pulled up the first time to the drive thru window, he kept rudely saying "Confirm the order...confirm the order..." repeatedly. I had just pulled up to the window to grab the order and take a picture for the customer, so of course I'm not going to press confirm on the DoorDash app just yet until I actually get the order in my hands. He was rushing me to press confirm which was unnecessary.
The second time I pulled up, I pulled to the speaker and told them I had a DoorDash order and told him the name. He told me he didn't have that order for that name. I told him that it's in my app for pickup and he rudely says no there's no order. I contacted DoorDash support and told them the situation. Whilst still in the parking lot I got another order for Taco Bell so I pulled back into the drive thru. Once I got to the window to pick the order up, he (once again, like the last time) kept saying "Confirm the order confirm the order" rudely as he's handing me the order. I once again had to tell him that I take a picture first for the customer and then grab and confirm the order. As I was doing so, he closed the window and ignored me for about a minute and a half. I was then waiting for the order to be passed to me and when he reopened the window, continuously asked again "Did you hit confirm???" Instead of handing me the order. I don't understand what his problem is but the rudeness and unprofessional attitude doesn't wanna make me come to this particular location anymore. Read moreThis place is beyond horrible! My 2 daughters and I popped in for some quick, fast food after a long day of work and school. The plan was to eat inside. So we went in. All the employees were either chilln in the lobby or outside. So we waited. Finally the cashier that was in the lobby on her iPhone asked the other employee to take my order. He said no so she came over and soon as I ordered one thing she quickly said "is that all?" I said "NO." And continued with my order. WE WAITED 22 MINS TO GET FOOD!! THE FOOD WAS HARD COLD AND STALE!! Cashier replied "that's the lettuce" I stuck my finger in the tocos and said NO looks like this food has been sitting out. So they made the girls fries fresh. We waited another 10 mins. As we sat in the lobby. I noticed the carpet had NOT BEEN VACCUMED, WE HAD TO WIPE OUR OWN SEATS AND TABLE BEFORE WE SAT DOWN AND THE FLOOR HAD FOOD STAINS AND TRASH EVERYWHERE!!! THERE WERE NO CONDIMENTS, NO NAPKINS NO ANYTHING IN THE HOLDER'S. IM SO DISCUSTED WITH THIS STORE. I PAID $18.00 for undercooked cold old food. We did not eat in the lobby. We took our food home....
