I have been to this place twice now. The first time was an order for a BBQ wings and fries combo. The location presents an off kilter aesthetic, however the food and customer service is well above average. The second time ordering, I placed for a 10 piece lemon pepper and fries combo. The fries have yet to disappoint and that means a lot to me. They are a thicker cut shoe string fry that have the right amount of salty flavor yet don't hold the oil from the fry basket. The wings, lemon pepper included, have an amazing texture, that is not mostly fat and skin which is quite common for fast food wings. The crispness of the skin, that is there, is just enough to satisfy a crunch as you bite into the meat of it. The texture of the meat is firm and cooked semi hard to perfection. The lemon pepper seasoning is quite rich in an above average way. The lemon clearly shines through and the butter makes a guest appearance letting you know its there all while the salt and pepper neither venture to over indulge the palate. There is a lingering amount of butter/oil left over from this chicken though. The main gripe about the chicken is the size of what is considered to count as one of the chickens in the order. During both visits with separate order flavors i received a nugget of a chicken wing. The first time was more of the gristle connected to the marrow and the last time, with the lemon pepper, was like the chicken itself was cut from the bone.

I recently moved from Cleveland ave to Washington rd. I am on the hunt for the closest wing spot that tatse similar to A town wings or American Deli. This wing place is definitely not the move!!!

The wings were great, they needed more sauce tho. The fries aren't crinkle which is great cause it doesn't feel you up.

No good deed goes unpunished. One of her customers debt card got declined so I offered to pay for his order. This made the owner very upset with me stating I messed up her receipts. I asked her how... but she couldn't tell me. Then started slamming things down. I told her I apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused her, because I know you are about to close and must be tired after a long day. She said No, that's not it. I'm going to have to pay them extra for time (looking back at the cooks) she gave me a receipt to sign. I checked my receipt, like I do with all of my receipts before I sign. this made her even more upset. She said I'll give you a receipt. I said thank you. She had a big attitude. I told her I'm not the one that caused the problem. I was trying to help. Why this woman tell me to shut up... I told her don't talk to me like that. She mumbled something. I told her I can just as easily cancel my order. She walked away at that point. That was my first time there and it is also my last time. As far as the food, the cooks did a good job. Too bad they don't have their own store. Sad they have to work for...

My 1st time going there was horrible they had problems with their card machine I'm not sure if the man that yelled at me very rudely about their situation not being able to take cards was not appealing at all I was going to pick up a plate for a friend 3 piece fish dinner the price was okay the wait time for the food to be cooked was decent they had a situation inside the store with another customer and the back-and-forth talk between the workers and that customer was not a good look for business. I received the food took it to my friend he asked me to please taste the fish it was cooked all the way through battered lightly which was okay no seasoning flavor at all the vegetables the sides were okay me personally would not be back to purchase any...
