Came across this place from a video review posted on Instagram. I decided to take my mom yesterday for Mothers Day. I seriously can't wait to go back. If you are a fan of Portuguese food, make it a stop on your list. Started off with an order of the Shrimp Mozambique, which was very good and spicy ( i should have gotten an order just for me, lol). I posted a picture of my meal which was the "Steak a la Berta" which was a Sirloin topped with a fried egg, bacon wrapped dates, served with a side of brandy based sauce, fries and rice. So much flavor, and very filling. My mom chose a cod special that was on the menu, which she was very happy with. Side note on the service: the waiters/waitresses were all very good and attentive. The hostess ( didn't catch her name, she might even be an owner or manager) was VERY helpful. English isn't my moms first language, and the hostess spoke Portuguese and was able to help her with how the food was prepared and then talked to her a bit and made her feel comfortable. The place is nice and clean as well. I will definitely make it a point to come back, best of luck to them all.

Absolute gem of a restaurant and bar. Had a random seafood craving so I did some googling and my girlfriend and I had both never been to this establishment before so we decided to check it out based on the awesome menu options. Very homey atmosphere with a hint of beach house, and I have to say I had the best meal I have had in a while here. We split the Calamari and I doubled down and ordered the grilled octopus while my girlfriend got the chicken Alfredo. The food was just perfect, I highly recommend the octopus, which was THE BEST I've ever had hands down. The wait staff was kind and friendly and personable, I will definitely keep this spot in my rotation. There is street parking and a parking lot for about 10 cars which was a huge bonus for me being particular about where I park my car. 10/10.

I can't express how amazing this restaurant is! You are greeted by a super friendly staff member as soon as you walk in the door. There is plenty of seating, so little to no wait. The bar area is huge and very comfortable. One of my favorite parts, they have hooks to hang your purse! The food was top notch and at a very nice price. I went with the grilled octopus and my husband chose the Portuguese steak sirloin. Legit the BEST octopus I have ever had and I've tried it at many restaurants! The Portuguese steak was delicious and the egg was cooked properly...which is apparently tough for most restaurants to achieve. The Portuguese sangria was good. 100% will be back very soon, good thing the octopus is on the regular menu and not a special...unlike most Portuguese restaurants.

Red Bridge was packed to the brim on a Saturday night! We were on a bit of a time crunch & our server Jocelyn provided excellent service, she was efficient, courteous & so sweet. She made great recommendations & communicated updates as needed which we appreciated! The food was fantastic! We enjoyed stuffies as an appetizer which were a great value! Two others got the chilli and clam chowder which they both enjoyed. For dinner the steak tips were excellent and our friends rave about the Mozambique sauce. The bartenders were awesome & made an excellent espresso martini & had a great sense of humor! The owner Berta is warm, welcoming and hilarious! She gave the entire experience a personal touch that made our night. Great job team Red Bridge! We can’t wait to return!

first off this is an awesome little hidden gem, so if you're in the area definitely check it out. it coulda used some love on a Saturday afternoon, by the time we got there maybe 4-5 tables had folks but place was mostly empty... and yet somehow it still took the better part of an hour to get food. could be busy on the doordash side, who knows, but still... but longer than we woulda expected for how not packed it was. that said, the food was delicious, everything came out nice hot and crispy so was worth the wait. as a southerner I do gotta gripe that the pork was a little dry, but you can't expect perfection above the Mason-Dixon. over would definitely go back and bring a friend.

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now, as "sporadic regulars." Every visit to Red Bridge has been during lunch or early dinner time. We sit in the restaurant area, not the bar. The food and service are always excellent! We both ordered the Portuguese soup, which was very good. Entrees were the Portuguese steak, one with green beans sub for fries, and one with brussel sprouts sub for fries. Steak was medium as ordered and delicious. Dessert was Creme Brulee and a peanut butter toffee pie with almonds. Come in and enjoy, don't let a few grumpy reviews tarnish your opinion. We have never had a bad meal or experience here.
