The associates were very rude and dismissive. My wife found a large hair in her ice cream and the workers behind the counter didn't seem to care at all and gave her a huge attitude about it. These girls need training in safe food handling because they didn't wear gloves or hairnets while scooping, or wash their hands beforehand or in between orders -- a huge health hazard. We then tried to buy a jug of juice from the cooler and were told the purchase didn't go through, even though my bank account showed that the transaction was processed. When this was shown to the girl behind the counter she started being very argumentative and combative, then eventually and very rudely said, "Just take it then" with a huff. The ice cream is very good but employees need to work on their customer service skills. It's unlikely I'll be returning here unless these girls change their attitude and improve their customer...

It was ok. Had a great variety of products and the prices weren'to bad. The ice cream was good. But the staff was not pleasant and welcoming. They were distant and quiet. Made the whole experience awkward as our family was happy and laughing and smiling and the staff mad us feel like we were talking in a library and about to earn ourselves detention. Soft serve - homemade, and available in vanilla and maple flavors, or as a twist - is incredible. In my opinion, it's among the best I've had anywhere.
