Absolutely phenomenal service from David. I woke up one morning to find my PC completely dead, no power, no signs of life. I brought it to David, and from the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help me out. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard and got straight to work. What really stood out was how professional and communicative he was throughout the entire process. I was never left in the dark; he kept me updated every step of the way. On top of the technical fix, David returned my PC spotless. When I dropped it off, it was full of dust. When I picked it up, it looked practically brand new inside. That level of attention to detail really blew me away. To top it all off, his pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and care he puts into his work. I had an absolute nightmare happen yesterday. My computer blue screened, and my drives were all too full to be able to restore and or reset my computer. I thought I was totally screwed and lost hours upon hours of data and project work for my job. I called Dave at 2PM, he heard how stressed out I was about thinking I lost my data and my PC to some kind of corruption in my OS. I dropped my computer off around 2:30, by 4PM my computer was fixed and every single piece of data on my PC was restored. Absolute legend Dave is for this. I can't stress enough how thankful I am for Dave being so quick and responsive to my problem. Working from Home has its perks, but in situations like this, not many people can dig there way out of it. Thank you Dave. I will always come to you in the future with any form of tech problem I have, and I urge anyone who reads this to do the same.

Can't recommend Dave at D.A. Computer enough. This was my second time having him service my computer and left happy both times. Dave is very personable, prompt and accessible. I was in and out both visits within 24 hours. The first time he worked with me and troubleshot my BSOD. Ordered some parts online and within a day was back up and running my new, freshly installed CPU, Mobo, and memory. More recently- my machine was still running an RTX 2070 super and I was lucky enough to snag a new 5070 card on Newegg. Figured I might as well go ahead and upgrade my SSD storage if I was going to be bringing it in and having the GPU installed. Ultimately have a brand new rig with all updated components installed at D.A. computers at a completely reasonable price.
