Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Ridge

DONT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!! The man CHELON DAVIS is soooooo rude I called Yesterday to order a pizza he hung up on me three times I had to call the Saint Elmo Store the GM there called the store and had to ask him why he was not answer the phone then he told me to call back which I did. On Sunday December 3rd 2017 I ordered from the dominos pizza on Ringgold rd in Chattanooga from the website at approximately 11:30 am and paid with a credit card. A few minutes later the driver called me and said the he have to look at the card when he gets there. When the driver showed up he said rudely “where’s your card” I handed it to him then he said “I need your id” “so I can verify that your card ain’t stolen” I was confused he then said “what’s your problem buddy?” I said to him well it’s the first time that I’ve ever carded for a pizza I made him leave

I then called the store to find out what going on, the shift manager was rude as well Only thing she said was “ I’ll talk to the driver and what do you want me to do about it?” And then she hung up on me. I called back she then said “ I don’t have time to deal with this” and hung up me again. I again called back and asked her for her manager name she refused to give me the info and told me to stop calling. A couple of days go by and the owner calls me and asked me to tell my side of the story. I tell him and then he promptly stops me and says that I should be ashamed how I talked to the shift manager and I tried to explain to him that the customer is always right he then “no not always” and then he told me that “it want hurt my feelings if you never order...

Two. 2 Stars 2 Stars and that's being generous Domino's inward sucks and blows it is a typical corporate chain mass-produced cardboard box slot to the masses model of what is everything wrong with restaurants in America today no authenticity no service no respect for their sales or others and all their about is trying to get the bottom-feeding dollar off of anybody that's stupid and hungry enough to eat that s* I got something from them and as usual it tasted either like cardboard homogenize mass-produced out of a can and undercooked for the last time I called and made a complaint about the pizza with that normally do not do but I was compelled to buy the sure discuss that I felt for this pizza and I love pizza pizza is something special how can somebody with any love of humanity do that to a pizza they should be ashamed of yourselves and people should shame them in the streets publicly Domino's used to be good but I'm afraid that ship has passed they become even more greedy for the lack of condiments and it's just a sad sad State I took it back and as you can see from the photos that I posted that was the service that I got the immediate concern for my personal dissatisfaction in the product was mad with them Googling YouTube videos like they're at home watching TV and that's about all I got...
