Let's just say that with this whole plandemic thats going on.... it makes peoples lives pure hell that aren't playing along. We pulled in at 10:15 am, not knowing breakfast was served until noon. We had to sit in the turning lane on the road for almost 5 minutes. Cars were flying up and down the road, in and out of the turning lane. So we pulled onto the side road that allows you into the side entrance. We figured since the drive in was backed up, one of us could just run in & order. Nope.... the inside is closed to customers. So due to the people in line in the drive thru & others were pulling in parking side by side to get into the drive thru. Luckily a very nice person let us go in front of them. The service was good as was the food. It was hot & fresh. But while we were waiting in line an employee came out & flipped the menu from breakfast to lunch causing a lot more confusion even to the point people were yelling 4 car lengths behind asking when breakfast was over. He yelled back, noon. So if it was just 10:35 by this point. Why..... change the menu to lunch?? To avoid such chaos? I'll wait to come back until the inside is open to customers which shouldn't be long being as this is Hamilton County and they are finally supposed to be opening up everywhere. If not. Ill spend the extra time & gas to go to Fort Oglethorpe. Any business should be ashamed denying paying customers their right to entry over a 99.7% surviving cold. Subjecting your employees to masks as well that have been scientifically proven,...

Obviously, I'm a glutton for punishment. I keep saying "I'll never go back to that place again", yet sure enough, about a week later there I'll find myself for breakfast, because it's literally the only game in town. A previous reviewer has mentioned that it takes forever to get served, which is a gargantuan understatement. The bit they left out of that statement is that this has been an ongoing problem for at least the four years I've been going there with the optimistic, yet fruitless hope that they will have been re-staffed.
Fifteen minutes in the drive through on average, ten spent waiting to order, five and change spent waiting at the window itself. If your food isn't completely destroyed on the make table by the time it's wrapped and makes it to your bag, then it will surely either be cold, hard, rubbery, or otherwise out of date.
I have been in contact with the corporate office numerous times in complaint. Far be it from me to make assumptions, but it seems like somebody in charge doesn't get his or her ass in a crack when he or she is...
Read moreOk this is the 2 ND review. It's not going to be as good as the first. There are exceptions at play however. A young woman by the name of Tomeka, she creates the best biscuits I've ever put in my mouth since my mom's. They are fabulous. This restaurant is under a shift mgr. By the name of Billie. The anger of the employees at each other is kinda bothering because they do it in front of the guest. However I do not blame the shift mgr. Now what's the main reason for coming the food. This restaurant has amazing well prepared food. Just for the record customer service is lacking but I think they are working on it. So if ever u find your self in East Ridge pls come by try the raisin biscuits. Tomeika also prepares your food you know your in great hands.im sorry...
