Emi’s Eatery — Restaurant in East Stroudsburg

Cute little spot! We stopped for lunch while visiting family and were pleasantly surprised by the sweetness of the staff and good food! I’m gluten free, and they had gluten free and vegan options, as well as being a nut-free facility! My only complaint is that once I ate my sandwich, it was gone! ;) We also got a side of the loaded potatoes and tried the Emi’s sauce which was very unique and I LOVED it 😋 I thought the artist corner was special as well, with a diverse offering—the walls are hand painted too, which was beautiful!

I tried Emi’s Eatery for the first time yesterday and wow, what an amazing sandwich! I had the turkey double-decker with a side of potato wedges. The sandwich was masterfully put together, with the dill aioli and melted Swiss cheese tying all the flavors together perfectly. The potato wedges were a tasty and unique bonus. We stoped by the newest sandwich shop in East Stroudsburg on a Tuesday after noticing their sign out front. The inside is inviting and fun with colorful wall murals, local artwork to view/purchase and nice music. We tried the turkey club and a blubbery chicken melt (can’t remember the name).
