We are visiting the area on vacation and found TSB using Google search for a restaurant that serves wings. They had great looking wing pictures on line and many other great looking food dishes so we decided to give it a try. The location is part of the old E. Stroudsburg historic district that is still going through a revitalized transition of older buildings getting a new and useful rehabbed purpose. The location is great and the building has lots of seating inside and some tables outside under the covered front of the restaurant. It was a Friday night and the place was busy but we were greeted and seated right away. Staff if very friendly and they have a few guys working security. My waitress was Erin and she was great. Give her high marks. Within minutes of being seated our server Erin arrived to take our drink orders and she returned with the drinks within minutes. We ordered 2 appetizers, boneless teriyaki wings ( we got about 8 wings and they were large wings, crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside and the sauce was delicious), next was mild hot wings and there were 6 wings, not boneless, cooked to perfection and flavored enough to taste the hot sauce but not too hot to enjoy. Awesome wings and everything is well presented and we were served about 13 minutes after placing our order. I ordered their nachos with cheese and added taco meat as my non traditional entrée. It’s a large serving and will present it as he has all of their food, the nacho chips or crispy, not salty. The taco meat is something really different has a slightly sweet flavor, really delicious and everything on the plate really blends nicely. It did come with jalapeño peppers which we’re fresh but We’re definitely spicy so I did not eat the peppers. They were good but just a little too much for me. My son ordered the downtown burger and it was delicious. A huge steak burger, cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms, frizzled onions and Bourbon BBQ sauce. Amazing! I was able to get a look at what other people ordered as their food was being delivered to people seated near me and all of the food really looked amazing. Check out their online photos from their menu to get a good look at their food. They do offer a menu to order from when you’re seated but the photos online are much better and give you a better sense of their food and what it looks like and I can tell you that this is the first restaurant I’ve ever eaten at where the actual presentation of the food is much better than the photos on their menu and house. The photos on their website are consistent with what you will get when you are served. This restaurant has a great location in a historic downtown area, great staff and amazing food. There’s also an ice cream place right across the street which we visited...

Trackside is the perfect place to come, sit, chat, drink and maybe even watch a game. When my family and I went it was around 2:30 on a Friday and the place was completely empty but I can imagine that closer to dinner time they get a good crowd of people to come and eat. I got the California blackened chicken sandwich with a side of onion rings (sides are not included with the sandwich’s or burgers, sold separately). The sides are fairly big at 5$ each, except a ceaser salad that is 3/4$ I believe.

The sandwich was phenomenal. It included pickled cucumbers Red onions spicy mayo tomatoes lettuce blackened chicken

I added ketchup to my sandwich and I think the combination of it all was genuinely amazing. It was juicy, flavorful and left me wanting more. The onions rings were also very good (beer battered).

The staff was very nice and welcoming but it seemed as though they all disappeared at some point and we had to get up to find someone to get us a utensil. However there was no one really there and we were pretty much set up to not require lots of assistance.

All in all I highly recommend trackside if you’re looking for a place that has a good vibe and good food, however it is on the pricier side. My sandwich was about 16$ and my onions rings were 5$ plus my drink which was about 3$ so in total my meal was 24$. I wish the sandwich’s and burgers would offer at least a side of fries as most meals do but the sides are large serving so I wasn’t too mad.

We were a party of 3 and our bill was around 110$. However keep in mind this bill included

one sandwich with onions rings one burger with fries a platter of nachos with beef 2 beers 2 alcohol drinks 1 soda

So technically the drinks alone add about 20-25 dollars to the meal. Overall I’d rate the food a 10/10 and...

I didn't take a picture of my burger cause well didn't really care to , not usual for me. We came here cause they stayed open an extra hour compared to our go to spot at our arrival time. Where do I start.... I guess the menu.. There burgers come with homemade chips.. so if u decide u want fries ... that's an extra $4 onion rings $5 ehh . Kinda steep especially when they keep the homemade chips. So be sure to ask for the chips throw em in a to go box ... if u decide u want fries or rings. Cause ur still paying for them . Yup you are. (It's priced into the burger)

I got the sweet n tangy burger. The patty just seemed flat and thankfully not small in diameter. The bread was nice . Soft n doughy I'd say. My only awkward taste was the overpowering of a blackpeper taste. Not sure I'd say that was the tangy part of the sauce. Maybe it was. My homemade chips ,yes even though I ordered onion rings for $5 extra, were pretty good n yes seemed to have that home feel. The onion rings weren't bad. They don't offer a nice sauce to go with them. Maybe better I didn't ask for sauce lol , get to that in a few.

My daughter ordered the same burger , sweet n tangy . But wanted lettuce . ( $1 charge) . She asked for a sauce, brown sugar sauce. They brought a bowl/ small cup of it. It was tasty, we understood the charge for that . 2 other family members ordered small containers of BBQ sauce and honey mustard sauce .50 cents each . Welcome to getting nickel and dimed lol. Thankfully they didn't charge me for the cup of ice cause this place gives u hot drinks with no ice. So yeah if you go here ask for ice. So yeah we won't come back here again in a pinch . We'll just go across the street for awesome ice cream instead for dinner , maybe they'll charge us for...

My wife and I went there for lunch the other day and it was the singler worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and we eat out quite a bit. My wife's Taco Salad was excellent, but my meal was horrible. I got a chicken , barbecue sandwich with bacon, the bread was burnt black on the edges and the bacon was charged back. I asked the Waitress to change it the young lady manager came over and said they would remake it. The second sandwich came out alot better looking till I bit into it and it had something 1/4 inch round in it that was uneatable, brought it to the waitresses attention, and she said the manager would not come over to talk to me and I had to pay for it. It was uneatable. I attached a picture of the sandwich, you see for your self , horrible customer relations I'm still trying to figure who to get in contact with to complain, I paid for a sandwich I didn't eat. It cost a lot of money.Look at the picture your self and decide.
