We are visiting the area on vacation and found TSB using Google search for a restaurant that serves wings. They had great looking wing pictures on line and many other great looking food dishes so we decided to give it a try. The location is part of the old E. Stroudsburg historic district that is still going through a revitalized transition of older buildings getting a new and useful rehabbed purpose. The location is great and the building has lots of seating inside and some tables outside under the covered front of the restaurant. It was a Friday night and the place was busy but we were greeted and seated right away. Staff if very friendly and they have a few guys working security. My waitress was Erin and she was great. Give her high marks. Within minutes of being seated our server Erin arrived to take our drink orders and she returned with the drinks within minutes. We ordered 2 appetizers, boneless teriyaki wings ( we got about 8 wings and they were large wings, crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside and the sauce was delicious), next was mild hot wings and there were 6 wings, not boneless, cooked to perfection and flavored enough to taste the hot sauce but not too hot to enjoy. Awesome wings and everything is well presented and we were served about 13 minutes after placing our order. I ordered their nachos with cheese and added taco meat as my non traditional entrée. It’s a large serving and will present it as he has all of their food, the nacho chips or crispy, not salty. The taco meat is something really different has a slightly sweet flavor, really delicious and everything on the plate really blends nicely. It did come with jalapeño peppers which we’re fresh but We’re definitely spicy so I did not eat the peppers. They were good but just a little too much for me. My son ordered the downtown burger and it was delicious. A huge steak burger, cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms, frizzled onions and Bourbon BBQ sauce. Amazing! I was able to get a look at what other people ordered as their food was being delivered to people seated near me and all of the food really looked amazing. Check out their online photos from their menu to get a good look at their food. They do offer a menu to order from when you’re seated but the photos online are much better and give you a better sense of their food and what it looks like and I can tell you that this is the first restaurant I’ve ever eaten at where the actual presentation of the food is much better than the photos on their menu and house. The photos on their website are consistent with what you will get when you are served. This restaurant has a great location in a historic downtown area, great staff and amazing food. There’s also an ice cream place right across the street which we visited for dessert.

My wife and I went there for lunch the other day and it was the singler worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and we eat out quite a bit. My wife's Taco Salad was excellent, but my meal was horrible. I got a chicken , barbecue sandwich with bacon, the bread was burnt black on the edges and the bacon was charged back. I asked the Waitress to change it the young lady manager came over and said they would remake it. The second sandwich came out alot better looking till I bit into it and it had something 1/4 inch round in it that was uneatable, brought it to the waitresses attention, and she said the manager would not come over to talk to me and I had to pay for it. It was uneatable. I attached a picture of the sandwich, you see for your self , horrible customer relations I'm still trying to figure who to get in contact with to complain, I paid for a sandwich I didn't eat. It cost a lot of money.Look at the picture your self and decide.

I have two reviews to leave in one! We stopped by Trackside for happy hour on 4/4 and ended up having one of the best dining experiences all thanks to our server, Kaitlyn! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel right at home with her warm smile and upbeat personality. She read us specials and suggested some delicious drinks! The happy hour food and drinks were outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Tonight - Sushi, Smiles, and Salome at Trackside! We had the BEST time at Trackside’s Sushi Night! Not only was the food incredible, but the real star of the evening was our server, Salome. She wasn’t just taking care of our table—she was the entertainment. From start to finish, she had us laughing, smiling, and genuinely enjoying every moment. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you go (and you should), ask for either of these awesome ladies! They’ll make your night unforgettable!

Trackside Grill & Bar is an American style restaurant near the train tracks in East Stroudsburg, PA. The atmosphere is similar to a sports bar with many TVs hanging from the ceiling and walls. They serve typical pub food and have a good selection of beers. I got the buffalo mac and cheese which was tasty, but a smaller than expected portion. Probably would not get it again. My girlfriend got a Philly cheesesteak, and it was good but nothing special. I would probably opt for a burger/sandwich if I were to come here again. We went on Labor Day in the middle of the day, and it did not seem particularly busy. Parking nearby is metered parking that is free on the weekends and holidays. There is also an ice cream shop, a winery tasting room, and another bar nearby. The area this restaurant is in is also located close to East Stroudsburg University and seemed like a place that college students would congregate.

We had the distinct honor of meeting Sushi Chef Michael this evening. The passion and charisma he brings to the Trackside team is outstanding. Did you know that they use the freshest ingredients possible for all of their sushi? Rice flown in from Japan and Korea? Along with a plethora of knowledge and skill to bring the greatest sushi to the Poconos! Enough fangirling over the food! We need to share about the amazing service we received. Tabitha, if you see this, keep sharing that amazing smile and great personality! We truly enjoyed the meal because of you! Michael, the owner, is always walking around and doing table touches making sure everyone is enjoying their experience! Truly great to see an involved owner taking pride in his business! Trackside is on the We Try Things List of Approved Restaurants! When you visit, please make sure to share that we recommended you!
