Jean and his team were great to deal with from start to finish. I had several companies give me renderings of the ideas I had envisioned in my head that I wanted my Van wrap to look like and they all fell short even after several attempts. I talked with Jean for about 15 minutes and 3 days later he had the most amazing renderings for me to choose from almost made it impossible to choose because they were all so good. It took me a few weeks to decide but once I was ready he had me scheduled In no time and got my van back to me on Sunday so we could resume business as normal Monday moring the process was seamless he was honest, paticent, more than fair with pricing, and did exactly what he said he would do and the van came out AMAZING. Jean is the honest guy. He is the only sign guy in Pocono who is not only affordable but he makes quality stuffs. He is my only sign guy whom I trust blindly. Most of others in town - they simply cheat you or charge you unbearable price but, Jean always works with you. From business cards to T-shirts, Big signs to Flyers - He does it all on very affordable price. He knows the plight of small Business owners that's why he always takes care of them. We hired Ideal Design for all of our design needs for the restaurant, windows, Menus, Sign, etc. The office was absolutely amazing with answering all my questions and helping me choose what I needed. They went above and beyond. The design team was even better. They made the experience so easy for me as well as comfortable.
