I went to this Wendy’s around 11 PM on May 16 and I waited in the drive-through for a few minutes, which is a little annoying considering no one else was even in the parking lot, let alone the drive-through. someone finally took my order. I ordered a six dollar biggie bag with the double bacon burger, honey mustard and a sprite. I specifically asked for just cheese and lettuce on the burger. She asked me if I wanted bacon, I said yes I want the bacon. when I got to the window, they spoke rather quiet, I then asked for them to repeat the price. $6.36, handed them $10. when getting my change i asked, $3.64? which they replied yes, although i was given $3.55. (oh well whats $0.09 at 11pm right.) I then got my food and drove home. I did not check my food deciding to leave the fate in their hands. The food was hot fries were crispy overall good (for fast food).
If you have read this far you are probably wondering why I viewed my experience as 1 star.
Well, waiting in an empty line for someone to do their job is quite irritating. I’m sure the corporate company could agree considering they’re essentially paying someone the bare minimum. When I got to the window, I could very clearly see at least 3 employees, including the person who had spoken with me.
Next, when she had asked me for bacon and I had said yes, I assumed I would be receiving bacon on said burger. I did not.
Lastly, why can people not count correctly? doesn’t the register tell you the change? I get I was 9 cents short but its really the concept.
Had I known there were an option to take photo I would have yet I ate the food moments before taking my time to write this review. I guess I’m just not pleased by the employees that they keep at this Wendy’s.
To whoever took the time to read this review, I hope your experience is less...
Read moreAlthough the food was decent, the older woman at the pickup window was extremely rude, smug, and came off strung out. I had ordered a minute maid zero fruit punch as my beverage, always get that probably now the last 2 years wherever I go that has a freestyle machine being I'm a type 1 diabetic I look for the zero sugar options, I got to the pickup window with that woman handing me a cup with clear liquid in it, I said I'm sorry but that's not mine, I ordered a minute maid zero fruit punch, she said "well we don't have that you didnt ask for minute maid , I said yes I did I get it all the time and I recognize that lady from past visits and yea, she stared at the drink machine for a minute found my drink and shoved the food bag and drink in my hand with the most pissed off face you could make with no I'm sorry or have a good night nothing . RUDE and SMUG, can any woman admit when wrong or no? Somebody should reconsider a different career if your a manager at a fast food joint and making drinks is too hard, there's probably a teenager that can handle that for ya and with a...
Read moreVery disappointed. We went there and spent over $50 at the drive thru. I was very specific about NO MUSTARD on my burger as I am allergic and told them so. Went home and EVERYONES food was smoothered is mustard (i mean drenched in mustard) I couldnt even switch food with someone else. The fries were cold and soggy as soon as they came out the window. Asked them to switch the fries and they came out colder more soggy. They asked what dipping sauce and gave me EVERY OTHER dipping sauce but the one I wanted. Ordered a dr pepper got coke. I actually thought they gave us the wrong order with all the screw ups But, no it was our order. They just messed the whole thing up. It was terrible. I ended up not eating dinner that night because of this. Imagine spending over $50 for food and then not being able to eat because they messed it up. How disappointed would you be? It should have been a red flag for me to check the whole order and open everything right then and there after they gave me worse fries but, I gave them the benefit of the...
