Starbucks — Restaurant in East Whiteland Township

Normally I love this location, this morning though I ordered an iced carmel macchiato, extra shot and whipped cream. I was handed it at the drive thru and I noticed there was no whipped cream which I mentioned. Then I was a bit taken back when the associate says that this drink doesn't normally come with whipped cream, but we'll put it on for you.

I don't care whether it does or not. Not only have I had one with whipped cream countless times, but the thing is is that I asked for it and I'm paying 5-6 dollars I feel I should be able to have it the way I like/ordered it. Regular coffee doesnt come with cream and sugar...hot chocolate doesn't come with whipped cream but I bet if you ask for it nothing will be said. I've been in customer service for years and years and honestly, the response should have been something like "I'm sorry, let me correct that for you." Slightly irritating to...

This location is super hit and miss, the only consistency is my drinks always seem to be leaking over the cup and getting all over my car and clothes. This has happened probably 8-9 times so at this point I’m pretty annoyed. I can’t even say it was a particular employee considering they seem to have a completely different staff each week. It’s pretty frustrating to have someone pushing the tipping screen at you while you having a drink leaking coffee over you. I had to ask for napkins 3 times and somehow the employee was frustrated by the request. Do yourself a favor and skip this location completely, unless you wanna go get your car detailed and your clothes dry cleaned.

(Edit 15 minutes later) Got out of the car to find the leaking frappuccino they handed me at the window leaked caramel all over my car. Worst...

The night crew leave the lights outside off often and sometimes inside near the entrance. Looks like it's closed. They used to close at 10pm now 9:30pm. This location needs better supervision at night. I just posted a pic from 6pm with all exterior lights off. This has happened so often that I don't doubt it's a tactic to keep people away to avoid extra work.

UPDATE* This location has turned out to be my favorite Starbucks in the area & then some. They are pretty consistent making a great cappuccino. In almost all locations I generally receive a latte no matter how much I ask for all three ingredients to be equal parts they will almost always give me 75% milk in my cappuccino.

I know I’m getting a good coffee when I come here....
