Please help train the younger staff members about accuracy, speed of service, customer service the situation there can be improved greatly. They really upset me, my food was wrong twice in a row, not only was it incorrect it was basically whatever they could throw together and charge me $25. Absolutely none of it was what I ordered, the wait is pushing 20-30 minutes, they feel they are right customers are wrong first and foremost that has to stop, when we pay our money for specific items that are missing all together and incorrect meals, we as customers deserve Zero back talk, or condescending comments from teenagers. I want to say something positive, the young man who washes dishes was in fact the ONLY professional person I encountered, he was polite, understood what the customer expects and did his best to remedy my situation. He truly shined brightly above all the rest and I appreciate him 100% he understands what it takes to adhere to the companies philosophy. I know it's late, I know there busy but with proper training they can get through those rough times without serious issues. They considered 6 or more people understaffed, really? I've seen 2 people get through a severe rush without taking 30 minutes or making big mistakes. That being said, you need to be careful going through the drive thru. There was a trainee that tried to give me a fountain drink, but I ordered a bottle of water. They quickly swapped it out and I was on my way. Unfortunately for me, I jumped right on the near-by highway and drove to Bristol. Once I got there, I realized they gave me a two piece instead of my Famous Bowl. I called and spoke with the manager named B (sorry I didn't catch her whole name, but she said to just call her B) and she was terrific. She ended up making me another and I was able to pick it up the next time I was working in the area. I asked for no corn and that is what I received. I am pleased with this place as usual. The only knock would be the car in front of me on the return trip; It seemed as though they knew someone that worked there as they had a long conversation when ordering and at the window. Rather, I had to wait in line for twenty five minutes to get to the order taker, even though there were only three cars ahead of me in line. Not that they were big orders, they would just have to wait for over five minutes for someone to actually take the order. When I finally got to the window, they told me to "hang on a minute" so after five minutes I said "hello?" to which I got the response "what?" (rude). I asked if I could place my order now and got an "I guess" in response. When I finally ordered, they didn't even have what I wanted. Which is fine that they're out, but I wasted a half hour of my life in line when I didn't even get any food, just for them to take my order. This is not the first time I have gotten rude and slow service from this, and last time I also didn't even get what I ordered.
