Dunkin' — Restaurant in Easton

Great Dunkin'! I was greeted by big smiles and very friendly people working here. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I got my first Dunkin' grilled cheese and it was perfectly toasted, warm, and gooey. I also grabbed some glazed and jelly Munchkins for my pup and was pleased that I got a few extra than I paid for so I could sneak a jelly for myself but don't let my pup find out.😋😜🤫 I'm not a die-hard coffee drinker but do enjoy an occasional iced so I got just a small that was just right. While inside I also noticed they have a great assortment of travel cups and mugs all very reasonably priced. They don't sweat, are dishwasher safe, and look to be just the right size and available in an assortment of colors. Some keep hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for many hours. I think my biggest regret was not grabbing one of those travel cups while I was there. Before I got back on the road I wrapped my grilled cheese in some napkins and it was ready to be enjoyed while I traveled home down 104. I used to go to school in this area and would go to all these wonderful spots on my way and for lunch every day but haven't been in the area in quite some years but I was very pleased to be greeted again by such friendly people in a clean establishment with wonderful service and enjoyed my tasty lunch on the go. As a special bonus when I returned home with the Munchkins my dog forgave me for leaving him home that morning. I'm so glad I stopped and for the great kids that were working the afternoon of 10/03/2022, I thank you all very much for your hard work and for making my day special with your smiles and your hard work and you also made my dog's day!...

DON'T EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO BE RIGHT. Almost never get our order right. We always ask for no cheese on our sandwiches. They seem to be on auto pilot and almost always put cheese on them. It's almost as if it's so foreign to not want cheese that it must be a mistake on the order mentality. It's mainly a choice on our part, but what if we had a severe allergy issue with dairy? Other times we've gotten the sandwiches with cheese and bacon, no egg. I used to work in the food industry, taking and making orderes, it's not really that difficult to take an order for 4 sandwiches, with egg and bacon, no cheese. And what makes it even more frustrating, is when they give me my order, they read off what it is and say, right to my face, "such and such a sandwich", no cheese. So they can read, but apparently can't execute correctly.

Returned again the following week, guess I like to abuse myself. Ordered a bagel sandwich, egg bacon, NO freaking cheese! Got a bagel, bacon and OMG cheese and are you freaking kidding me, NO egg! Went back to the counter where I was ignored while workers looked at me while they were doing nothing. I guess if you don't make the food, you can't help in any way. Finally, they had to come to the counter to deliver someone else's food. I explained what I ordered and what I got. She proceeded to make another sandwich and OMG you seriously did not just put cheese on that freaking sandwich again right on...

In the morning this Dunkin is really good. Later in the day the staff switches over and the coffee made less frequently and often tastes burnt. I try to avoid it later in the day and often end up dumping my order (iced cold brew) because it tastes like the burnt bottom of the pot. This happened again today, so I decided to post a review in the hopes that they keep the coffee fresh.

I went here again today 12/31/24 and got a cold brew with espresso. It tasted disgusting, like soap. Google says that are closing early, at 5:00 p.m. I went just before 4:00 p.m. Clearly, they are cleaning up before they close so they can get out of there because it tasted like pure soap. They must have cleaned the latte machine without rinsing it properly. I am definitely not getting coffee here in the afternoon anymore.
