This was the worst experience I have ever had with this brand. First off, the employees are rude. I went yesterday for the 2 for $4 bagel deal. At the drive through, we repeated our order over 3 times as they kept messing up. That is somewhat understandable, until they overcharged us. We corrected them twice that we shouldn't be charged over $5 for only the bagels. They tried to charge us for a coffee roll, which we never ordered. We told them it wasn't right and they threw the roll out and huffed at us when they handed us our extra money back. So we got our bagels, but instead of leaving right away I checked them, and they were still wrong. We both orders vegetable when they gave us plain. I decided to go back inside and have them remade. I walked in and waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. All the employees were focused on the drive through. When one of the employees finally came to ask me, I told him what was wrong and handed him the bagels. He didn't say a word and just threw them out. So I began to look around, and I noticed something disgusting. There were flies on and around the donut rack. They were landing on the donuts. To make it worse, I went to sit down and a female employee yelled over the counter to me asking if I got vegetable. I felt very uncomfortable being yelled at from across the room. So I sat down and continued to look around, and the place truly was nasty. Only half the lights in the place worked. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped or swept. There were bugs and crust along the walls. It really was the worst kept place I've been too. I waited over 10 minutes for my remade bagel. Meanwhile, there were 2 people in line not being attended to. They finally handed me my bagels and I thanked them for remaking them. They said nothing in return and just went back to working. As we leave to get into our van parked right in front of the store , I hand my ice coffee to my partner so I could dump it in my travel mug . Just then another car pulls up to go into the empty space next to us . . She beeps , and give her the 1 minute please hand sign . His passenger door was open but both his hands were full . AND he's disabled AND we have a Handicapped parking pass . She beeps twice more , I say " Hold your horses , the Donuts aren't going anywhere " . She responds " I don't want a donut I work here ." I'm thinkin' she better NOT work here AND be talking to customers like that . But Low and Behold I see her go in and go behind the counter . So I decide I'm going to go in and say something to her manager . I ask the friendly girls to speak to a manager , but Kalyn , the manager isn't in , nor is Ragu the store manager . The whole time I'm talking to them the rude employee , Tamaya , keeps berating me . I keep polity saying that I'm not speaking with her , but she keeps running her mouth from behind the counter . I even say to her that she shouldn't be parking in the front of the store that only has 2 spots , neither one of them being Handicapped either . She tells me she can park where she wants . WoW ! Read morePlaced an online order at 6:02 am on 12/30/21 and went down there to pick up 2 dozen donuts to bring to my wife’s hospital prior to her procedure. We pulled up to this Dunkin’ Donuts that was quick to take the funds out if our account at 6:25 (25 min after the advertised open time) only to find all the interior lights off, only the “open” light illuminated and a car waiting outside as well waiting directly in front of the store. We first pulled up to the drive thru, no answer. We called right after, no answer. After another vehicle pulled up next to the first vehicle that was already sitting there since we arrived, I walked up to the gentleman who just pulled up leaning into the first vehicle and asked if they had been waiting as in.”waiting for an on line order” and I was told they were “waiting also……to open, someone was running late.” At 630, a half hr after the advertised time of this store being open, we cancelled the order online and left. The team at this location need to get their acts together and or change their advertisement/open time. Never coming to this Dunkin...
