We rented 1/2 the restaurant for a party to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. Kathie was our coordinator. She was amazing! All our questions were answered professionally and very promptly. She even met us at the loading dock to bring in our decorations. Adjustments to the menu to accommodate food allergies and religious preferences were easily managed. One of the best experiences we've ever had! The room was perfect for our group of about 35 people. We had a cap on the bar tab and they were very conscious of it. Plenty of areas for photos, though the lighting was a bit low. Rather than using my phone, I would have preferred to have a camera for better quality photos. Very comfortable environment and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We needed low tables for some of our older guests and 2 of us use wheelchairs. They were so happy to help and incredibly friendly. Our dedicated server (whose name I cannot recall), was attentive and professional the entire event. Even at the end, we were never rushed out. Highly recommend Easton Wine Project for a small gathering...
Read moreI enjoyed myself here for the most part. I came on a Friday night and they had live music. The musical guests were awesome. They even took requests from the audience. Our waitress was attentive. I started with the wine tasting. You get a choice of 5 wines for $8 and a souvenir wine or pint glass to take home. Sweet Deal! I ordered the wedge radicchio salad and the french onion ramen. Unfortunately I had to send the salad back because it was not what I thought it would be. I thought it was going to be an iceberg wedge with shaved radicchio but it was actually just wedges of radicchio and that much bitterness was too overwhelming for me. I have to say, the dressing that was on it was very delicious. I would have loved to have an iceberg wedge with that dressing. The ramen was unbelievably very good. I could have ate 2 bowls of it. The only real issue was with my dessert. The $12 piece of amaretto cake I ordered was very dry. For that amount of money for a piece of cake, it should have melted in my mouth. Overall I had a very nice experience here and look forward to trying...
Read moreThis place had such great reviews I was really expecting more. Went there for lunch, I had the “project panzanella” which was presented really nicely but was basically a small amount of stuff on top with a large amount of lettuce below if that makes any sense. But hey it is a salad but I was expecting, you know a salad with a lot of stuff in it? Sorry for the Seinfeld reference. Anywho, my friend had the split pea soup and said it was delicious but the worst dish by far was the chicken bacon flatbread had by a member of our group. Chicken was rock hard, almost inedible so that was not good. The service however was awesome, atmosphere is great, wine was delicious. We also had the crispy cauliflower appetizer which was awesome. Definitely hit or miss, would maybe come here for drinks and apps but definitely did not live up to the hype.
I’m editing my review because we went back and had such a great experience. I got the focaccia grilled cheese with tomato soup, which was very good and overall a...
