After having a woman working the drive thru last night treat myself and my pregnant fiancée like complete garbage and speak rudely in more than just her words but through her actions, half ass sloppy thrown together milkshakes and half cooked food. That we still said thank you for because some people in this world have manners. Only to have a grunt from the young woman and the window slammed shut in our face as fast as she could.
All topped off by the employee FAILING TO RETURN MY BANK CARD. Of all the simple things to mess up that is considered THEFT. Endless phone calls to my bank to review my statement and cancel the card. Then led to calling and requesting to speak to the stores GENERAL MANAGER who at first was extremely short and rude finally a return call from him stating HE HAS MY CARD IN HIS OFFICE! What sort of circus show is this McDonald’s running???? This is the most poor experience I have ever had at any fast food resturaunt in my life. And while I spend the next week waiting for another bank card and dealing with all the other issues that come from having to cancel mine because of an employee who mistreats customers. The complaints WILL CONTINUE. And everyone up through corporate shall be contacted so hopefully no other customer is ever victimized by this store again. Read moreCame in here yesterday evening to pick up an order and waited nearly 15 minutes plus and the manager operating the closing shift 11/07/2024 was completely rude due to the fact I had become impatient waiting that long. The comment he made and thought I couldn’t hear him. “I don’t know why you’re rushing for” oh really? And proceeds to set the order down behind the counter so I had to reach over it and grab it. Ridiculous! Well maybe if you have rude comments you should keep them to yourself. And number two, the customer is always right. I never made any comments just stood there and waited for my order. Sure I was upset because the thing was taking way too long. But for me to observe several orders to be prepared and served before my very own was highly disappointing and and it was literally 3 items regular items at that. it’s literally managers like this who give fast food a bad name. You treat your customers with respect and you make them feel welcomed. This guy needs to be coached on people skills and service orientation in general. We the customers have the right to inquire on what’s taking so long to prepare our order. But it being skipped repeatedly while other orders pass is ridiculous. Get your stuff together seriously. Read moreWell The Last 3 times I have visited the orders were wrong all 3 times.I can not eat Ketchup, mustard or mayo I get deathly sick and I have learned to look before eating, Thank God However the manager was NASTY when I took the food back up & showed her the food & the receipt and said people make mistakes and I do understand this because I have made enough of them myself however it is how the mistake was delt with that was a little upsetting. The manager was a African American and she was down right RUDE all 3 visits and all 3 of the orders were WRONG and the manager said I have new people back there so YOU have to expect this and NO I DO NOT ! I expect her to train them so they do not kill anyone and get the orders correct ! The cleaning lady and the Gentleman that took the orders also African American was the most pleasant and both apologized for the food and for the managers attitude. Maybe make the cleaning lady & the man that took the orders the manager 🤔 I will not even give this McDonald's a rating at this point because if you can't get orders correct and you have to be Nasty then the only rating they get from me is A BIG 0 however I would give the cleaning lady and the man that took my order a 10.
