Worst experience. No matter how hungry I am and in a pinch I would never visit Wendy's in Easton, I'd rather starve. The team member taking my order wouldn't let me get two words in before he said anything else. It was distracting to say the least, so I forgot to order my French fries. Being late as it was I asked if there was going to be a wait on my order. He replied by the time you get to the window it should be ready. I sat in line for an additional 5 minutes before I got to the window. When I got there I politely asked him, is it too late to order some fries. Taking my card out of my hand he process my payment. I guess he didn't hear me because I could see he had headphones in is other ear, so I'm assuming he was paying attention to whomever was on his phone. When he turned around to give me my card I repeated, would it be okay to order some fries. I already cashed you out, was his reply. Then he told me that there was going to be a wait on my order if not I can get a spicy sandwich. With a spicy sandwich already in my order I decided to wait a few minutes like he said. I sat over in the corner for quite a while I was under the impression that they had forgotten about me. So I walked over to the door to try to get their attention. I guess he saw me and brought my order handing it to me he said "you people have no patience" With that I did not reply and "you rude as f@#$*. I should not have given you any fries. Fries, I offered to pay for had he been paying attention. My guests were in the car behind me on speaker and they heard everything. They did not want the food and only ate it because I paid for it. I decided to call the store and ask to speak to a manager the same voice came on the line. I guess he recognize my voice as well and pretended that he couldn't hear me after my request to speak to a manager. Then he hung up. I called the store again and nobody answered. Wendy's need to vet their managers a little better or at least offer them some level of customer service training. Visiting that location has left a very bad taste...
Read moreNever had worse service. Came through the drive thru with two friends and we had to fix our order not once, not twice, but three times and as we were driving away it still wasn't right. At the window to pay we wanted to clarify that there was two chicken sandwiches and there wasn't (one fix). Coming the pick up window we opened our bag only to find the spicy wrap missing (second fix). Then it was the fries missing and the worker promptly said "give me that receipt" when I mentioned the error. You'd think that after that the workers would look to make sure everything matched to the receipt. Wrong. As we drove away we were missing one order of chicken nuggets, not only that, but it was a kids 4 piece when we had ordered a ten piece meal.
I've attached the receipt to this post and wanted to run down the line what we would've left with if we hadn't clarified and then checked each bag of our order.

Read moreFirst time I have come to this Wendy's. The beverage dispense was out of nearly every beverage on the menu, on a Sunday evening. The only drinks available were diet iced tea, sugar free root beer, and sparkling water.
The staff and crew were working hard, and very busy, the cleanliness was excellent, and the wait was reasonable for a busy evening.
I had to raise my voice to get the attention of the shift leader, and ask if they had fruit punch or coke available for the drive through. They had no fruit punch, not even on the drive through side.
I think next time I am desperate for a quick bite after a very long day I would be better off going further down the road for something more reliable.
Apparently the customer facing beverage dispenser is an extremely low priority item for maintenance and refill. This reflects a lack of concern for the customer on the part of management.
