Horrible customer service from the GM Christian down to the cashier, especially the girl who answers the phones, super rude but I’m not surprised she was being ratchet and cursing somebody out on her phone in the lobby while I was talking to the manager. They messed up my order, I asked to speak with a manager, they messed it up again from arguing in the back with each other, cussing somebody out on their cellphone, threatening people over the phone, seems like a bunch of ratchet high school kids or lazy adults. Another manager stepped in because it was apparent he had a comprehension problem or was scared to address his employees. I asked to leave a message for the district manager or owner. He was mopping while they’re in the back messing up orders. I feel bad she even has to fill in for this district manager and deal with that daycare aka workplace.
$80 order plus I tipped the person the manager passed my ticket to remake, because the manager couldn’t make it cuz she dealing with another problem with the lobby tv. I ordered well done because they gave me raw uncooked meat the 1st time, the batter was falling off the chicken still smh. Even with tipping $10 they messed the remake up. After seeing how nasty and ratchet they are. The manager mopping a dirty lobby floor with trash still on it, the girl with red or burgundy hair handling cash at the register, her hair then not washing her hands or gloves before touching the food. It’s a hit a miss with this wingstop, and sometimes I don’t feel like going 5 miles up the road to Macomb mall just for wingstop. I’m so glad I started recording when I placed my order because they would’ve sworn every customer in there was wrong. The manager man had to pass out 20 LARGE drink cups to everyone in the lobby because they were just horrible in the back you can hear them in the front. Then he gave people surveys to fill out because I’m sure he’s going to need them to balance the bad reviews. Thank God the police were outside when they finally finished my order, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone had called it on one of the employees from the way they were cutting up in there. They kept messing an older man order up but he said he didn’t care, but this lady was getting fed up with the employee in the back...
Read moreWe placed an online order at the Eastpointe location the order stated that it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes however it took about 45 minutes. We never complained about the order taking so long because they said our food would be fresh. when we got home we the 5 piece tender meal we ordered had 3 tenders. I called and let them know that I was missing 2 tenders from my order and that I would bring the food back and I would like it to be remade with the correct number of strips. I asked if the order be started before I came so I wouldn’t wait. At this point the phone disconnected I drove up to the store and told them I called first and someone hung up on me. I was told the power went out but they had power when I arrived. I said OK well I am coming to have my order remade, here’s the order I have received it hasn’t been touched. The young lady said she would have it remade and I took a seat a few mins later the manager Sean refused to remake my order. He stated that they do not remake orders even if the error was on their end. He stated he would give me a store credit for two chicken tenders or he would cook me two tenders. I asked how is that fair for me to eat a meal that is not hot and he offered to refry the tenders that I brought back even though they were already coated in Parmesan. He also told me I never should’ve wasted my gas coming back up there that they should have told me that they do not remake food and I could’ve got a credit to my card. I just wanted my meal remade not even the entire order he finally agreed to remake my order. I came home and discovered that he did re-cook the food that I brought back and gave me 2 fresh tenders. The tenders he cooked a second time were hard and a different color. This is unsanitary and...
Read moreI decided to try wingstop at this location, which ended up being both my first and last time that I will order wingstop. I did an online order to pick up in the restaurant. I was in a rush so against my better judgment I didn't open the bag first before leaving and make sure my order was complete and correct. Of course, when I got home and started pulling out what was in the bag I realized I was missing a significant portion of my order. I called the store right away, explained my situation and a man told me to come back and they would give me the missing items. Upon arrival I was told that if I couldn't bring in the missing items they would not be able to give me what I paid for. I explained that I cannot bring in items that I never received. The cashier at this point smugly insisted they had most definitely given me my entire order. Which they had in fact, not. This is the type of interaction I dread. I can't explain how frustrating and humiliating it feels to be accused of trying to commit chicken fraud. Like I'm the chicken wing bandit. At this point the cashier refuses to give me my missing items but decides to give me a refund instead. I left chickenless and had to scramble to feed my family something else. After waiting the required amount of time i saw the order was never actually refunded to my card. After calling 6 times and being told that the order was refunded when in fact it was not, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. The charge back was approved immediately due to the merchant canceling the order but not issuing the refund. I am relieved to be finished with this matter. I do not recommend wingstop and I most definitely do not recommend...
