To the Asian girl with pigtails that worked today this afternoon 8/22/25 boxing the cookies, all I want to say is that you need to pick another job PLEASE. instantly when I walked in she had a nasty attitude and didn’t greet any of the customers. She seemed stressed and upset the entire time despite crumbl only being open for less than an hour and it wasn’t insanely busy. She purposefully ignored me because she knew I had an online order. She then proceeded to lecture me about pressing the “I’m here button” but not be present in the store.I had pressed the “I’m here” button on the app but arrived ten minutes later to pick up the cookies because I needed to go asap. I knew that crumbl was busy this week because of the popular Dubai brownie but I had places to be. Her frustration was understandable because I shouldn’t have pressed the button and not be in the store but she should’ve approached me with a better attitude. She made it obvious that she was annoyed with me. Workers in the past had never had an issue with it nor have been offended by it. Also I would always show up a few minutes later. It wasn’t like I pressed the “I’m here” button and arrive 20-40 minutes later. Other than that I love this location but that employee needs to fix her...

Went in on 12/23 to get some cookies to give to neighbors for Christmas. I walked in and not greeted, I was looked at like I was an inconvenience. I asked a couple questions and asked if they had anymore Happy Holidays stickers which cashier said no. I asked if they can put a bow on it and she said she’d have to charge me a dollar. I said that was fine. She took my order and after went over to the other employee and whispered in her ear and they started laughing. I felt so uncomfortable where I was going to tell them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They finally have me my order and I asked their names and they both looked at eachother shocked.
