Who doesn't love In-n-Out! Food is priced perfectly for any budget. The best thing about In-n-Out is that no matter which location you go the quality/consistency/ taste is the same and like most people, I don't venture off and try different things. This is the first location where I have been disappointed with the quality of food. The service was good. The cashier was super nice, my food took a while for it to come out and the place was not busy but I ask for several things well so I know its usually a wait. I ask for my whole onion well done because I don't like the smell or taste of regular onion and I look in my bag to see a white onion (grilled onion is transparent) I was already in my car to make the trip back home so I turn around and let them know, the cashier apologized and went to get it fixed. The lady making the burgers however told her to tell me that it was cooked well and that I should try it. I had my spouse try the burger since he likes any onion and he tells me it is only slightly cooked. I go in to give it a try and I can smell the onion and taste it. I let them know and wait, I get the burger back take a quick look and yes the onion looks transparent. I am back in the car at this point and the bun looks soggy like they used the same bun. When you unwrap this golden brown goodness the sauce is usually soggying up the bun on the wrapped end my buns were soggy on the exposed end...either way there was a hair in my burger! I went back and got a new one. To top it off I ask for my fries well and they usually take a while and I am always happy to wait the only thing is my fries were not well done =( I waited so long for regular fries.  The whole experience took longer than it should have and my food did not tastes like every other In-n-Out the quality/consistency/ taste is missing here, at least that is what I took from my experience at this location. Still love...

My family and I went in on Thursday as we usually do once a month. The young man that took our order was great. We waited for our food and when our number was called the young lady pushed two bags and a to go box our way. My son asked for three extra spreads from the same young lady and she said two he no three please and she said very sarcastically ok two. I didn’t push the issue my husband and son proceeded to grab the to go box, drinks and one of the bags I grabbed the second bag and she raised her voice and said um Ma’am that’s not yours. I apologized and set it back. As my son was exiting the building the drink carrier broke and the drinks spilled I grabbed the carrier and walked back to counter to notify the staff that there was spill and if I may have my drinks refilled. There was a young man and the same young lady at the counter he said he would help me. They both walked away he turned around and told her that she needs to keep the receipts from now on so I asked my son for the receipt in case it was needed. I stood there and they did not help me, the girl asked if I was being helped and I said I believe the young man was going to get our drinks and she walked away I stayed there waiting until I felt I was being completely ignored. I asked if someone could help me and the same young lady came up in a huff and grabbed the drink holder slammed it into the trash and asked me what drinks I needed. She was raising her voice and was rude for no reason. When she came back with the drinks she told me that she would not be placing all four drinks in the carrier so they wouldn’t be dropped again all the while in a loud condescending tone. My family and I have never received this type of service from any in N out location. I don’t believe I or any other customer deserves to be...

Fast service, food was alright, had better at other in n out locations, like this one time my friend Anthony A.K.A (Bola) and I went somewhere really far to see an ugly dog, on the Craigslist add the dog looks amazing and beautiful, but when we got there.. the dog was nothing like the pictures, and I seen the dogs eyes were red? I ask the woman selling the dog what's worng with him? She said aww nothing he has allergies.... At this time my friend Bola doesn't want the dog anymore,, the woman tells us let's go walk him and see if he likes you guys, so we did, but my friend really doesn't want the 🐕 ,, my friend took his Lil puppy with him to see if they get along,, guess what they got along real great the dog with the allergy urinated on my friends puppy, 😂 at this point my friend wants to leave,, we are about to go, then the woman selling the dog asks, so when do you guys wanna take him?... Me and my friend look at each other and I know he doesn't want it, but I laughed and looked at the woman and said we wanna take him now... Then she started crying, so I laughed more, then the woman said I'll feel better if you guys cry with me,, so Bola started crying but it was and ugly cry, because he doesn't want the 🐕 with allergy,, 😂 so we told the woman will be back going to get money from the car,,, long story short, we left and found this glorious in n out in the middle of nowhere, it was Golden the burger was melting in our mouth,,, every in and out should be like that... Good times,, in remembering of...

We don't have these in Florida where I'm from, and I really wish we did. Their ingredients are absolutely fresh. For example, I got a double cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and some type of spicy peppers, and the veggies were cool and crispy, and the rest perfectly warm and juicy AND it was cheaper than the other guys! BUT - the fries I got were delicious except underneath the top one layer, were all the tiny little ends and pieces. Not nice. But even those crumbles were delish. Those little peppers are SO good!

Went to the nearby Costco Gas Station, then had my dinner at this In-N-Out location. Before leaving, I ordered two doggie-patties to go. When I get home, the grease has soaked thru the paper bag, soiled my jacket. It was a result of the patties was placed in a very small non-grease-soak -proof paper bag so half of the patties were not in the tiny bag, then it was dumped up-side-down in a non-grease-soak-proof to-go bag, this would be a good subject for their training session.
