McDonald's — Restaurant in Eaton

Foods always wrong. No matter what I get, it's wrong. Either wrong toppings, or wrong food, or missing food. The last time we went thru the drive thru we got pulled. She said we were waiting on fresh fries. When we finally got our food the fries were cold. And so was the rest of the food. The lady handed me my bags. The second bag soon as she reached it out she dumped it. So she comes out and helps clean it up. Then gave it to me. My sandwich had fallen out of the wrapper and was on the nasty ground. She 're wraps it and give it to me. Gross! All the food in that bag hit the ground. 3 sandwiches, and a 20pc chicken nuggets. And about 5 nuggets were on the ground. So I go in to speak with the manager. The manager talks to the lady who gave me my order. She then tells us that she can replace my sandwich and that's it. I told her they hit the ground. I brought the food in to show her. 2 sandwiches had came open n was on the ground, and my nuggets. They all had dirt on them from it. She said she will replace the sandwich only. So I ask her, do you think I rubbed my food on the ground then? She said maybe. She wasn't sure what happened because she didn't see it. The girl even came over and told her the bag did rip and all the food hit the ground. But the manager still said she can on my replace one sandwich. So 2 sandwiches and a 20pc nugget got threw away. I went through the drive through ordered my food for me and my kids, I first noticed that they didn’t give me my 2 orders of hot cakes that I ordered and paid for, honestly no big deal, I walk back in quickly showing that I paid for 2 orders of hot cakes but didn’t receive them. They got to me within about 5 minutes, the manger just looked at me like I was the worse person she had ever met then handed me the bag with my hot cakes in it. I blew it off, they were busy, she seemed stressed. I decided to eat my meal in my car at the McDonald’s. I ate my burrito, and got to my steak egg and cheese beagle, to find out that it wasn’t steak instead it was sausage on it. So I had to walk back inside and had to wait almost 10 minutes to get it right. The manager said “sorry for your wait” in the most sarcastic tone ever. The sandwich was horrible, I had to put most of it together, they basically just threw the ingredients into the wrapper and gave it to me. I took a couple bites and threw it away, honestly last time I will...

Extremely bad food and even worse service. Went thru the drive thru for a coffee, four PC chicken nugget and side salad . The young girl was rude that took the order, the nuggets were cool to the touch and hard, the coffee was old had been on a warmer way to many hours and the salad actually had a sticker on it that said enjoy by 3-1-2019. However it was 3-2-2019!!!! The lettuce was brown around the edges. Of course I was six miles away at home when I opened my Wonderful meal from wonderful McDonald's. This establishment has been poorly managed for a long time. I rarely use it because of my many bad experiences. However, with months in between I give it one more try, well never again. This place serves food that should be against the law to take hard earned money for. Brookville is a very small nice little town, It's such a shame that such a large chain restaurant would treat a community this way??? I will stay clear and I'd recommend that anyone else who cares about the value of their hard earned money steer...
