I have been trying to redeem my points since last Friday. For some reason I wasn’t able to it so I decided to drive to the store and ask for help from an employee. There were between 4-6 employees at the store at the time. No one showed any interest about helping me at first, then one of the employees tried helping me placing the order on the app. Again, for some odd reason we couldn’t. She apologized and said Domino’s never gave them any training regarding these issues. It was disappointing since I took my time and spent gas to drive there. My 11 year old son was home excited for the food I was going to bring him. I had to tell him a white lie saying the store was closed due to thanksgiving weekend. The main reason I’m writing this review and didn’t purchase the food without redeeming my rewards, is the fact that, besides the female employee who tried to help me, every other employee in the store was giving me the side eye and one in particular was staring at me in a very sarcastic way and smirking. It was humiliating to say the least. I drove back home crying! Oh… I forgot to mention that one of the employees was banging things around in a very loud and disrespectful way. The female worker who was trying to help me actually said something to him…TWICE! He paid no attention and kept on doing it! Shame on him! So...
Read moreI would give a zero if possible! Waited 2 hours for delivery, then drove to the store where I found about 6 people also waiting for their orders. Those people stated been waiting between 1-2 hours also. HOW??? Upon addressing the staff because we were ignored like we were not even there, was Informed out order was almost ready?!? ALMOST ?!? “We e been backed up since 4… ( time was now 9pm) Over two hours!!!! 1/2 the order was sitting there getting cold!! When I asked about a discount for the inconvenience, I was told “no” asked again about compensation and the female stated we get the appreciation of our customers “ ??? What? I then told them to cancel my order and asked the name.if the manager .. silence , they didn’t want to tell me. Then after pushing the issue I found out the male behind the counter “Dan” was the manager. We then ordered from Red Bank drove directly there and got our food… hot & in a timely manner. Will NEVER USE Eatontown location again.. be warned rude staff unable to handle their business…. Dan has no business running a store he can’t handle!!! Worst Dominos...
Read moreThis place was horrid. We waited an hour for one order of lava cakes. They were very overwhelmed and behind on orders (which happens). Not to mention the cross contamination, the rudeness , people waiting for long periods of time , missing pieces of orders.. as well as the dirtiness overall! I will never go back there. The workers went from handling the computers , telephones , money to handling food without washing their hands. I watched them drop things to pick it back up and use it! Touch people's food without cleaning their hands. It was disgusting. There were kids running around the back near the oven / conveyor belt. The delivery driver came in from a delivery to start handling peoples food in the oven to boxes again without washing her hands..I know there are a thousand pizza places around but I just wanted some lava cakes. I didn't even eat them because I was so disgusted. The whole time was a complete shock of how the whole place was handled. Such a shame! Absolutely...
