I usually have such a good experience here, but today that all changed… I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal at the drive-through and when I was handed my food, there were no fries. I asked for this to be corrected and I was rudely asked for my receipt, which I explained was also not correctly corresponding with what I ordered I had no problem paying for fries at the price they would come with a meal, because that’s what I ordered; however the young lady insisted on charging me the à la carte price and did so with a very strongly rude attitude. She then proceeded to attempt to explain that they can’t just hand out food and essentially accuse me of trying to steal. I then reported her to her manager who expressed shock at her behavior because she’s apparently new?! I’m quite surprised (in a negative way) that Someone so new to a job would feel it’s okay to cop an attitude when even long term employees that have there for 10+ years would never even dream of doing that. I really hope this girl is fired so she learns from this behavior and has more respect for the patrons at her next job. I understand work is stressful. I’m a mechanic! I’d never take my frustration out on a customer or their vehicle, therefore, her frustration should not be taken out on me or my food. Read moreI left a review and it was deleted. Today I ordered 3× 6 piece bundles and a cheeseburger bundle.. When I get to the window the food is crammed into a small bag. I asked for BBQ . She stated 3 bbqs in the bag . I said it's 1 sauce for a 4 piece correct ? , I got 18 nuggets . She started getting an attitude , louder and ruder. I asked to speak to the manager , to which she replied in a demeaning manner she was the manager. To which I stated they must be coming straight out your check. I gave her .75 for 3 sauce she stated it's .80 with the tax . I place a nickle on the window frame and it made noise as metal does. She got mad and slammed 3 bbqs into my hand making one pop all over my hand and my car. She closed the window and refused to give me another sauce that I had already paid for. As a manager you should never treat anyone like this especially over BBQ. Managers are supposed to deescalate The issue and work to maintain customer satisfaction . I agree with the previous review a stranger left. Jessica and Martha should be fired.

Read moreI had to use the bathroom because I had diarrhea and there was no toilet paper in the men’s room. I called the number 6 times and they hung up repeatedly on me. They sent someone to check the bathroom and he did not help me or care to check the ONLY stall in the bathroom. I had to call my coworker to come over and help me because nobody working at this establishment helped me. I was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes with no help. The staff were incredibly inconsiderate of how this made me feel. They told me they thought I was prank calling them. Who prank calls people about needing toilet paper???? I have filed a report to corporate and hope that this ineptitude is swiftly dealt with. Shame on this establishment and shame on the staff for leaving me stuck in the bathroom with diarrhea and no toilet paper. I am utterly appalled.
