Jimbob's PIZZA — Restaurant in Eau Claire

We liked the pizza and ice cream but received bad service. I can overlook it happening once but it happened both times we went. We were very friendly and polite but the young man behind the counter never smiled, sighed and rolled his eyes when we said we needed time to choose our ice cream flavors, and generally acted like we were unwanted. Once we placed our order he barked it back at us in question form. As he scooped it, I saw him drop some on the counter and pick it up by hand and put it in our pint container. After we paid he took my receipt and held up to his face to check for a tip. (There was none). When we got home we found that our pint container wasn’t even filled. Have always loved the pizza. Order for pick up almost monthly. Monday I had to work late so I decided to online order (which I also love) for delivery just before i left for work. The email said delivery time was 6:53. A little over 45 minutes from when i ordered. I arrived home at 645, did a few things and at 7:05 when the pizza still hadn't arrived I tried calling. After 10 minutes someone finally answered. I was told that the delivery driver left 7 minutes ago. Which would still have been late. 5 minutes later driver arrived, too out my pizzas and dropped the breadstick and pizza sauce on my deck. I’m always a little torn on eating here. I love the food, my whole fam does. And we are a family of 7 so when we order food, we spend A LOT of $$$. I’m torn because, 4 of my boys (at the high school across the st) walk to Jim Bobs almost everyday for lunch. And every day I’m told by all 4 how rude JB employees are to all of them. When in reality, they should be EXTREMELY grateful to those kids for coming there everyday. Probably one of the biggest reasons your restaurant hasn’t shut down with ALL the others.
