Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Placed an online order at 4:45pm estimated time for pick up was at 5:20. Place was packed with other people who had ordered online as well. I waited for 15 min and then the manager came up and asked a few of our names to see if our orders were done. I was standing off to the side and picked my head around and stated my name. She seemed to know my order was sitting back on a rack. But when she went to pick it up she asked the other two workers where one of the pizza's were as I had three ordered. The two pizzas that were sitting on that rake have been sitting there sense I got there. The other workers didn't seem to know so she went to go make it "again". My order was finally ready to go and I walked out the door at 5:53. With three pizza's two of which sitting on that rack for 30 plus min.

Got home, opened them up and the one that was missing was supposed to be Beef and Olives. What I opened was not that. The other two were correct. Called the store back and explained the issue. I was instructed to come back and they'd have it waiting for me. Got there again and no one came up to the front. Waiting again I was. 15 min. Now it was 6:45. And all that was said was "Sorry about this". And the worker just walked away.

Now normally I dont have any problems with this location but this was ridiculous tonight. So their star rating went down for me. Hope they can prove there competence the next time I...

Went in and placed my order. They said 15 minute wait. Ok they were busy so no problem. At 30 minutes I kindly asked how much longer. I was told they were unsure as they guy who took my order wasn't making my food. So I asked him to find. The woman who cooking came out and said in a very angry tone that she was very busy and never promised 15 minutes. She was very rude with me about the whole thing. It all started because I asked how long it was going to be. It was over 45 minutes by the way and left there stressed out. They were getting mad at people for not calling in ahead of time. No Hot and Ready. Um, isn't that their slogan?

Update: I filed a complaint with Little Cesar's. You can probably guess but they didn't respond.

Update: still no response about my complaint. Due to lack of interest in customer service, allowing rude disgusting people to run the store and interact with customers and having read many, many similar reviews I will not be going to any Little Ceasars in the Chippewa valley anymore. I will do Domino's or Pizza hut. I highly recommend you...

Pizza is by far my fav and generally I enjoy LCP whenever I get it but today I had a terrible experience with the staff so I felt like posting: I ordered a stuff crust with toppings and crazy bread. Paid for it. Got a regular crust instead. Called the store and i thought they were happy to fix their mistake as they threw in a free Italian cheese bread. Now I am particular so I asked for the pizza to be cooked a few min LONGER I do this all the time and it's great for stuffed crust. Went back to the store and the lady said it will be out in a couple minutes. Waited for 15 min and as customers came in and out to get their orders I started to wonder why mine wasn't done so I inquired and the lady said it has been done for a while. A while. Ok i said can I have it then? Sure. There was no Italian cheese bread so I inquired about that and the lady said they need to make it real quick. Ugh - so I wait another 8 minutes and I'm on my way. I get home and guess what? It's not even cooked normal much less a few minutes longer. RUINED MY LCP...
