Arby's — Restaurant in Eden Prairie

I had a free meal card that is apparently 5 years old. I hardly go to Arby's and decided to use it after finding it in the black hole of my purse. Instead of honoring their mistakes they made that was the whole reason I even had the card, they said they couldn't accept it! Honestly, I think it's bs, way to put the customer first. You messed up "5 years ago" and "tried to make it right" with a bs free meal card but then couldnt even accept it?! Good Lord Arby's has gone down hill especially with its service and now up charging some mid tier fast food?? I think Arby's can afford an $11 meal on them.

Safe to say I will not be back, probably longer than 5 years this time, ha, because screw this location. The previous time I stopped here they messed my order up so bad and instead of refunding it like I asked, the managers response was "well you are getting a lot more food with this coupon." I don't care, I didn't want the 2 can dine for $8.99 or $9.99. Then they didn't even give me the drinks to it. You'd think with all the construction they would want as much business as possible at this location, instead they are doing a great job driving customers away.

Food is good. Tori/y the cashier is splendid. Manager Sara(h) did not treat Tori/y kindly. Tori made a mistake. The customer wasn’t upset. She just shared it should be at a discounted price. As Sara(h) waited behind Tori for Tori to finish ringing someone else up, a friend of hers was in line she looked at her friend and she put her finger to her head and pretended to shoot her self. Then, once Tori was finished waiting on the customer, Sara(h) said loudly, this is the second time something has happened so now I have to talk to you. You need to be careful and make sure you ring the coupon up right. Move over so the drawer doesn’t hit you. You have to learn to do things right. Sara(h) proceeded to process the ladies refund and then went over to the drive through window. I told Tori she is doing just fine. I told her she should work at a place where people appreciate her. Where they are kind. And I let her know she (manager) doesn’t deserve her.

I tried calling Sara(h) to talk through what I had witnessed. But when I was done talking, a different voice on the phone said, okay, I can relay the message but my manager handed me the phone.
