Employees were all outside talking with someone from the Havoline store. Food was not started, and I was told I had to wait for it. After seeing 2 cars get their food while I was waiting (we weren't even given our drinks or receipt at the window), I decided to go inside and find out what was happening. I had placed my order online and was curious if it had at least been started. I was met with attitude and told they were making it. I checked my order, realized I didn't have my mozzarella sticks, no receipt, no condiments and no napkins. I told the attitude lady I didn't have my mozzarella sticks and she went to the heat lamp. She grabbed them and slammed them into my bag. Then she went around the corner and started saying nasty things about me to the employee on that side. The 3rd employee who was running drive thru stood near her and said, "No.. You're good. You got more patience than me." to the attitude lady. When attitude lady came back around, she turned her back to me as I said I needed my receipt. With her back still turned to me she said they don't have a receipt for me. I then asked for the corporate number. The employee she was complaining to about me came around and attitude lady said I wanted the corporate number because of the missing receipt. I told attitude lady I wanted corporate number because of what was said about me, the attitude, the fact that all of them were outside instead of working orders and the fact that my order was wrong. Believe it or not, they actually did have a receipt for me and I got it. As a regular customer at this Arby's, I am sorely disappointed and dissatisfied. I was ok with their mistakes until I heard attitude lady call me a b to the 3rd employee. All because they didn't have my order right and I asked for missing items. Not to correct the sandwiches that were messed up, too.. just give me the...
Read moreI never review restaurants, but I need to this one time. I love Arby's and I go whenever I get a chance. I never had a bad experience until this time. My friend went to get us some dinner around 6:30pm, she went inside to order, they were not busy, she used our coupons, she ordered a roast beef sandwich and a turkey club without lettuce and tomatoes and 2 orders of onion rings. She brought the order to my house and sat down to eat with me. Her roast beef sandwich was ok, my turkey club wasn't, it looked as though it had been sitting for a bit and then the lettuce and tomatoes taken off and reheated, the turkey was dry, dry, dry, the cheese melted and dryer than the turkey. The onion rings were terrible, as though they were cooked twice the onions, themselves cooked so much they had disappeared. We had to throw them away. I had to throw away my turkey sandwich. I'm disabled and can't afford to pay for food and throw it away. I am sorry for having to write a bad review about a place thatI like so we'll, but it will be a long time before I go back to Arby's...
