I am writing to express my utter frustration with the way I was treated at your Wawa location in Edgewater Park, New Jersey. My recent experience with your store has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I placed an order through GrubHub using one of my two phones. Unfortunately, the accounts didn’t link up properly, which led to the order being sent to an outdated address. I contacted Wawa directly, and after a series of back-and-forth discussions, I was told that the issue would be resolved. First, I was informed that the order would be re-delivered, then that it wouldn't be. Finally, I was assured that I would receive a refund. However, that refund never materialized, and I ended up without my order that night.
To add insult to injury, the next day, when I placed another order, I was treated as though I was attempting to scam Wawa for a mere $4.79. The situation was made worse by the fact that the original order wasn’t delivered because the store was out of the product, a fact I only discovered because of a slip of paper left in the bag. How is it fair that I’m being held responsible for an issue that was entirely Wawa’s fault?
This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel disrespected as a customer. Your refusal to issue a simple refund for an order that wasn’t even fulfilled properly is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Wawa customer, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering where I spend my money.
From now on, I’ll be taking my business to other gas stations and convenience stores in the area where customers are treated fairly and where errors like this are handled professionally.
I hope Wawa takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other customers from experiencing the same...

Unfortunately, the half of the order filled incorrectly was my son's ENTIRE dinner. I placed a call to door dash to have those SIMPLE items corrected. I mean, when it's your only job to fill a food order, how hard is it to place 4 requested items on a roll (as the mayo and cheese were missing from the ham, cheese, bacon, and mayo sandwich) and to select the proper flavor of potato chips???? When the SECOND order was sent back, this time the correct chips were there, but they repeated the entire order and did NOT send the sandwich for my son AT ALL. When contacted, Nathan, the store manager on duty, informed me that the sandwich was part of the order and if I did not receive it, that was none of their concern. He refused to resend my son's meal, which would have made a THIRD attempt to feed my child, because "it wasn't his issue" that I didn't get my food. It is now 2 hours beyond when I began trying to feed my child, and he STILL has NOT eaten, nor will he be able to eat what we originally wanted ordered and delivered from Wawa...a SIMPLE 4-ITEM HOAGIE. It is now too late to order from any establishment in my area, due to Wawa's continued mistakes and delays in completing a very simple order. I take whatever out and there's still lunchmeat wrapped around it (food) and it literally looks and feels like a tooth itself! It has the dark line inside almost like an incisor.
