ALDI — Local services in Edgewater Park Township

I am in Aldi's everyday, and I visit different ones depending on where I am, but this Aldi's here is probably the best one that I've come across with respect to the efficiency and professionalism of the cashiers who work there. There are two in particular; one is an African-American woman who exemplifies the same pleasant demeanor EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit there, and the other one (also African-American, younger) is so poised and full of grace when she engages customers that I told her today that if she isn't the manager the next time I come there-which will be soon-then some type of protest will have to be arranged! 😂 Good people with great skill makes for a remarkable experience, and that is what I get at this Aldi's....every single time. Keep up...

I went shopping at Shop rite last week and spend 35.00 dollars,and my friend went to Aldi afterwards I realized how cheap the prices they have on there food. I told my friend I felt like taking everything I bought at Shop rite back and shop at Aldi, all the food was fresh and especially the fruit and vegetables I needed the frozen fruits and vegetables are great,also its very clean and great employees they are very helpful,kind,very polite to us customers, they do have wheel chair enterance, if your on a tight budget I would shop there,and that's me even though it's not the top brand name food items it still taste great.I give this place a A+,give it a try and shop there you will be amazed...

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this ALDI branch. A cashier asked my wife to move an empty cart that wasn’t ours, and after she did so politely, the same cashier later told her to bring it back—treating her as if it were her job. When I calmly intervened, another cashier jumped in rudely, making the situation feel more like a public argument than a professional environment.

What was even more inappropriate is that the second cashier, who shares my Middle Eastern background, chose to speak to me in Arabic—my native language—possibly to avoid saying the same things in English in front of others.

Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior in a store we expected to reflect...
