Been going there for years...BUT, a new employee at the front doesnt like answering the phone if they get remotely busy...last 2 times I TRIED to order takeout, no answer, and ended up getting a publix sub right next door...I suggested she answer the phone and politely ask if you can hold a second..that way, you know they ARE OPEN and want your business...NOPE!!!!....response was, I figure you will call back if your hungry...The extra few miles up to the Chinese place in Winn-Dixie plaza is looking more like the FIX to this....Its shame how 1 person can so easily lose someones business of many years...Hopefully, the owners actually read these and train the front counter how to put someone on hold when they are busy instead of NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE....And yes, as another person said, way to hot to be inside...their take is the grill hoods draw the a/c out....So, they wont blow a few extra bucks for their customers comfort cause their light bill gets a little higher in hot weather...All about pinching pennies now..use to be a...
Read moreBad customer service. Don't take responsibility. Told them cancel my order when my payment wouldn't work and what my payment was and I was sending someone so they wouldn't have it. A virtual card on my phone. Told the man to cancel. Got a call from lady saying the food was done and I told them cancel. Then she wants to say she don't know why I'm so angry. Because he had you waste all that food KNOWING I was calling someone else and made it look like it was me. They said I've never ordered there because they didn't have my number. It's a new number AND my ex calls all the time so I absolutely have ordered there before. It was excuse after excuse bc the man didn't cancel the order.
I will eat at a lower quality restaurant due to the treatment. Plus their food isn't the best anyway. The best is just a bit of a drive to 3rd Ave in New Smyrna at China. Door dash now delivers for them too thankfully. They don't deliver themselves anymore but...

EDIT: 1 YEAR LATER I'm still lamenting that even if I ask for extra extra spicy, I have to add more pepper flakes and chili sauce when I get home. Is it because I'm white? How many 'extras' do I need to add to my 'spicy'? Still delicious but still struggling to find the heat I'm familiar with from similar food.
Got the wonton soup and szechuan chicken. Very very good, thick sauce and plenty of it. The spice was lacking but that was my fault, I forgot to tell them turn the heat up. If you order w/o telling them you want lots of spiciness, it's very mild and somewhat sweet, but still delicious. Will definitely order here again, especially for the wonton soup, it was stick to...
