Very disappointed with the pharmacy. I have had an issue with every prescripts including refills over the last 6 months. They never have the scripts filled on time after being in their queue for days. When confronted they saying they won’t have the medications in until the next day and when you ask to see if another Walgreens has the medications, it’s conveniently on the shelf and can fill it right then. This last time, I had an IVF medication that needed to be refilled that same day and the pharmacist refused to fill the script because they didn't like the doctors instructions even though I have taken this medication twice already. Thankfully, my husband and I found that I still had a few pills left from my last IVF cycle or that $7 bottle they refused fill would have cost me $5,500. Needless to say, when my doctor called the next morning they gave me the same pills with the same instructions. Either this pharmacy is poorly managed or doesn’t have enough people; either way, with so many pharmacy options available, I will be looking for one with better customer serves...

I come down here from Mi. where I get pretty good service but not here in Edgewater they could really care less about their customers. I get prescriptions from my pain Dr and they don’t carry it they have to order it in and it is somehow my job to remind them to order it which I did and even though she said she ordered it while we were talking, she did not! So now they had to order it when I called yet again to see what is going on. So now I’ve gone without my pain meds, that I need for 4 days. The female pharmacist said she ordered it and had to hang up because there are two more calls waiting. WHAT! What about me I waited too! Now I get there to pick up my 3 scripts today only 2 were filled and I could come back in 20 min. or tomorrow. I am so sick of the runaround I am getting from this store and no one even cares. I asked her why she felt the need to talk to people in such a condescending manner, and why she would choose a profession dealing with the public and she stated that she “hated her job.” People have bad days but she said she talks to all patients that way. Thank god there were witnesses who heard her lie and contradict herself more than 10 times in the matter of 5 minutes. Tried asking for her name or license number and she said she’s had many many complaints filed and they never needed that info. Yikes, that In itself should say enough.
