Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Edgewater

I went there on 6/18/25 1:30pm to order a family size box of chicken and a few sides. Not familiar with the menu, I haphazardly picked from the menu. The beautiful young lady at the counter patiently helped me, pointing out deals of the day and gave me discount coupons saving me $12. This young lady is the epitome of excellent customer service, pleasant and cheerful. Oh yeah, last but not the least, the chicken, cole slaw and rice and beans were delicious! *update I took off one star from my original review and here is the reason: I came back 8/15/25 at 4pm and with the help of the lady at the counter I ordered a 14 pc combo with 2 sides and 7 biscuits. When I go home, the biscuits are missing. I called and Andrew said come back, show your receipt and we'll give you the biscuits. But I am 45 minutes away and it's not worth my time and fuel just for 7 biscuits. So my advice to all is to double ck your order before leaving. Everything else about the order...

Last evening we decided to visit Popeyes Chicken in Edgewater. I ordered the $14.99 boneless bundle with french fries and coleslaw as my sides. The cashier just could not understand that I only wanted the boneless bundle with french fries and coleslaw as the 2 sides that comes with the boneless bundle. I also ordered the $5.99 shrimp tacklebox, just like the sign displayed in the window. She, somehow added other stuff and said my total was thirty something dollars. I questioned the order because it should only be around $21.00 plus tax. She went and got a manager. Two woman approached the front. One was very rude and the other took our order. After much confusion, we ended up just getting the bundle and left. My stomach started churning a few hours after eating the Popeyes food. I have made several trips to the restroom throughout the night into today. We will not visit Popeyes...

(Edit): I went to get dinner at Popeyes in Edgewater once again tonight (pulled up just around 9:20) and there was nobody else in the drive thru, the person who came to take our order abruptly said the menu items that they had run out of tonight, so I decided to take a second and think about my options when once again abruptly I was told "we close at 10:00 tonight" so my girlfriend had asked for just a second, when we were told "have a good night". I don't know what else to say other than we decided to not try our luck with the Burger King next door.

I stopped by for dinner because there were only two others in the drive-thru, it took 25 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order, and then the food took almost 20 minutes and they forgot my drink. The food was fresh and...
