Lately, I've been forced to go to this location because the one near my house is under construction and every single time I come here, I am disappointed some way or another. I wish there was less than one star to give because this location doesn't deserve any!
Several times I have come here and have been the second car in one of the drive-thru lanes, with cars in both lanes. And when I approach the speaker to place my order, have been skipped. I've watched up to 4 cars in the other lane get their orders taken in a row meanwhile I'm still waiting. All three of the times that this has happened, I finally get tired of waiting so I reverse and get in the other line and of course as soon as I do that, a car goes in the lane I was just in and gets to order before me as well! Everytime I complain they say it's because of a shift change, but this has happened SEVERAL times at different hours of the day. They need to work on that system a little better.
Not to mention they are SLOW. One morning on my way to work (I have to clock in at 5:20AM to start the line because I'm a supervisor, and only work maybe 3 minutes down the road at most) I get to McDonald's at 5:00 and place my order. I literally did not get my food until 5:29. I got to work 13 minutes late because they are careless! I thought maybe they were short staffed but when we pulled up to the second window workers were horsing around in the back.
Another incident during my lunch break (I only get 30minutes) I ended up in line at McDonald's for 25 minutes and left with only 2 minutes to eat my food before having to go back into work. The worst part is that there is no escape from the line because of the way the drive thru is set up. So you're stuck there and forced to wait with no way of saying screw it.
And not to mention the quality of their food. Maybe 1/10 times that you come to this McDonald's is the food actually fresh. Not soggy or dried out. If you order a burger with ketchup only be sure to check it before you leave because it's most likely not how you ordered it. And I understand with breakfast all day now that some of their biscuits might not be very fresh but like I said maybe 1/10 times will the biscuits not be stale.

Read moreI went here for a quick dinner and that was the last thing I got. The new AI ordering process is a nightmare. You can't customize your order at all and had to wait for the person working the drive through to come on to get my order taken. I get to the second window the girl hands me 5 cokes in 1 drink holder with the one cup coming out of the broken bottom. She says be careful an shows me the cup holder is broke then ask me to go to the parking space to wait. After waiting 23 minutes for my food, I go inside. No one was at the counter so I waited figuring someone would come over because they all seen me standing there. No one came over. I had to loudly ask to be helped. I told them I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my food and the girl proceeded to say "you got that right." She took my receipt and showed what I assumed was a manager. They were still working on my order. The bag of food was sitting on the counter with the sandwiches next to it and they sent my sons happy meal out to the wrong car. The manager came over to give me the bags and asked if she needed to walk them to the car. I had to remind her i was still missing the happy meal so she gave me one and the other that was the mix up. By the time I got my food the fries were luke warm the burgers were hard and the cokes were watered down after it was all said and done. $60 worth of garbage. By far the most disappointing...
Read moreI waited in the drive-through for a few minutes and got no answer but knew there were people inside because I saw them as I pulled up so I pulled to the first drive-through window and I sat there for a good five minutes and at least five different people saw me and no one bothered to come to the window so I knocked on the window and no one came by. I moved up to the second drive-through window where another two people saw me and still no one came to the window I knocked and honked my horn and no one even bothered to let me know if they were open or closed. Considering their word nearly 10 people in the restaurant I doubt they were closed and there were two other people behind me in the drive-through and two in front of me in the drive-through all of whom received no service when the restaurant was clearly open. This is absolute terrible customer service and it's not the first time that I've had flow or no service from this location. This is a terrible McDonald's and I probably will not go back.
