So I had a poor experience eating here and I know that happens the main reason I am leaving a review is because I think the way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional and she had a condescending attitude which wasn’t appreciated at all. Let’s start off by saying I am never one to complain about food I feel awkward and I don’t want to be that person at all but this steak I got was inedible. I got a ribeye i know they can have some fat but this thing was 60% fat and it was completely raw in the center not pink not medium rare like asked for RAW! So what happened I got two entrees I got the crispy chicken salad and just the steak. Our server came up multiple times asking if we was okay and how was the food I said it was fine not knowing the steak was completely raw and 60% fat because I was eating my salad first. After consuming most of my salad I started cutting into the steak which was about 10-15 min after we received our food. Not until then did I realize how bad the steak was, with that being said, the next time our server came up I apologized to her and said I don’t want to be rude but this steak is really inedible with it being raw and 60% fat. She said okay and said I’ll get a manager, the manager then came and said I took off 30% of your bill and asked what was wrong. Which didn’t make sense to me in the first place because why would she not come up first and figure out what was going on prior then just slapping on a 30% discount. So I explained to her the steak is really fatty and raw she then looked at the steak and her eyes got big and she completely agreed and said yeah that’s really pink and then asked how I asked it to be cooked and I said medium rare she said yeah that’s under. She then says well ribeyes are a fatty steak, and that next time I should have said something sooner. I understand what she’s saying but, she didn’t know I didn’t cut into my steak until 15 min into eating which is why I am mainly pissed off. She didn’t come over and see what the issue was she just said 30% is off your bill and it was essentially my fault for not saying anything. I really didn’t like the condescending undertones when she was talking to me, like I don’t know what a ribeye is, for one, and for two, if you’re a manger you should come and speak to the customers to see what the severity of the situation is prior to compensation. I appreciated the 30% off and I know it doesn’t matter but, the undertones and poor management skill will 100% keep me and my family out of your restaurant. I have to add our server was nice and I still left a 15% tip even though I was completely disappointed and frankly it ruined...

Never have I ever ordered it carry out and them place the gravy right on the country fried sirloin! Ruined my dinner, the veggies were hard as plastic and the shrooms were like rubbed! I’d love my money back!!
I placed an order online for 3 meals two with salads and 2 appetizers.2 sides of fries and an extra side of shrooms. One of the meals was a well done burger, with everything on it. Not bacon though. We waited an hour and 30 minutes for this order. Mind you we live 10 minutes down the road. So we were there early waiting, we text here they say it’s not ready so we wait, if you’re still waiting after arrival it should be hot and fresh right!? We get the food and leave, then they call us to say they forgot some of our food. So we turn around and go back to get the items they forgot. Once we finally make it home with the food. It was ice cold. Like it had sat in the expo window longer than it needed to before the expo girl took care of it, the burger was raw! It was supposed to be well done, she couldn’t eat it bleeding so I called and spoke to the manager Kristin, she assured me she would make us a new FRESH well done burger, just the way we wanted. well done with lettuce, tomato, onions. I get inside and Kristin comes with the bag. Clearly Kristin didn’t even check the remake herself. They gave us a burger that had been laying around for awhile. It was so dry! there was no way they had just made it even if it was cooked to well done. it was so dry and old and guess what?! It wasn’t fully dressed! Just an old dry burger with cheese and bacon? Didn’t even ask for bacon! She doesn’t like bacon. What a waste of 92$ I didn’t even get to eat my food because I had to go back and get my daughter a correct burger, that was edible. Because this was our dinner for this night. usually when we order carry out from here it’s hot, and on point. This time they didn’t even care it seemed, everything was cold, old and the burger was rare! And to top it off, they couldn’t even get the remake right, not even by letting the manager herself handle it, it couldn’t be done correctly.wasted my time and money. And ended the night...

I ordered a vege plate, baked potato with sour cream and butter, rice ( which I gave to my husband) , Mac and cheese, loaded Fries with sour cream not ranch I am allergic to onion.our meals come out my husband's food was cold, I got my rice which was cold, Mac and cheese cold, but ate it. Got a loaded baked potato not what I ordered. Neither me or my husband got our fries. We reminded waitress and our fries and my baked potato was supposed to be right out. I got my baked potato and all you could smell and taste was onion. Sent it back did not get new one. My husband's fries were cold. They forgot my fries again, and had to remind them.They said they would be right out, by time they brought them, I had finished, my husband was almost finished eating, and they put ranch in cup and spilled the ranch on some of the fries. I sent them right. Ranch has onion, which is why I use sour cream. I had to pay for everything but the baked potato. I only ate Mac and cheese and my husband ate rice. So should have only been charged for 2 sides. The worse visit in a long time. Me and my husband have talked, and it will be a long time before coming here again, and that's if we don't just find a new steak house altogether. Very disappointed!
Well been a while since I have been to Texas Roadhouse ( been going to cattleman's) but it was our 10th anniversary and we decided to go to the place where we ate the night we got married. We go every year. Another bad visit. My meal i go a vege plate. My salad come our then 15 min later my baked come out. Not how I ordered it and hard as a rock. Still had not got my other 2 sides.
