I ordered online a chicken ranch with NO tomatoes, NO onion, NO green pepper. Add black olives with somehow cost more. Cheese stick. And cinnanmon pizza. Delivery comes and the cheese stick is how it normally is. This was thinner than crackers on bottom and cheese seemed light but much of it would not of be able to be eatten as was all dough with no cheese on it. Then the pizza had NO black olives with I paid more for and had the things that are clearly marked NO begin onion tomato and green pepper. So I call the store. Asked for order to be looked up and she and reads to me the pizza said no pepper onion or tomato and I asked if add black olive she says yes. I explain that it is made completely wrong. She says can remake correctly but would be over an hour. WHAT? No you made the pizza wrong so remake and send out ASAP. She goes that is not going to happen. I asked how thatmakes sense to anyone ever. Of course I am shocked and upset. As I am saying that is not going to work she interupts me and tells me I should come get it. Umm no I ordered delivery for a reason. She hangs up on me. SO I call back and tell her that is horrible customer service when they made the order wrong and won't do what is right to fix it and she hangs up again! Shame on you for treating customers that way and you should not be a manager Candice!!!!!! Call back and person says they are a manager also. So explain the whole situation again and she says sorry other manager Candice hung up on me twice. Manager Wanda says she understood but 45 mins would be best she can do so she says they could give me a credit than. I explained that is not ok and that they can come get all the food and refund me as a credit would do no good cause I would never use as I will not return to place!!!!!! Wanda tells me that I can keep the food and will be refunded for full amount of order. I said thanks and asked for district manager info and she says she dont know. She gave me the name of store manager Christy. So I will be watching for my refund and contacting Christy and corporate also. Treat your customers better especially when you messed up the order. I place the order for 2, call my wife to pickup. When she gets home the receipt is for OVER $40!!! I call and the girl says there's nothing they can do, a Female Manager gets on the phone and basically tells me its our fault for not bringing it up when we picked it up. I was basically just expecting them to say they would credit the difference or offer a free order next time or something fair like that.
Instead she gives me extreme attitude at 1 point I said " Are you even being serious right now? " She got even more rude and then HUNG UP ON ME! I called back three times and they just picked it up and hung up repeatedly.
So next I try to call their corporate number to explain, 5 different voice mails and FINALLY someone calls me back, I give them the receipt number info and everything. I said I left voice mails on the customer care line and he laughs and says " I don't know why that's an option we don't even have a customer care line".
So instead of fixing it he GUARANTEES me he will investigate and get back to me. 3 weeks go by and no response. Have called numerous times and still no response.
So they basically ripped me off for $20 and lost my business as we order pizza about 6 times a month. STAY AWAY FROM...

It was basically cheese bread with a few sparse toppings scattered about. The outer edge pieces were almost all just uncovered crust. SEE ATTACHED PIC OF DRY AF PIZZA. No one liked it because it was HORRIBLE and an entire half an hour late for delivery. It arrived at 10pm, they close at 10pm and the next day I called the guy on the phone said "You should have called last night." OMFG are you special ed? Said their oven is having temp control issues.
