My fiance and I went yesterday to MochiNut at Edina after visiting the MochiNut in St Louis Park and St Paul in the last month or two. Sadly we didn’t take photos of the place because my fiance and I were trying to go screen free that day. The place was enormous, one of the biggest MochiNuts in Minnesota that we’ve seen. It had a giant bunny and a lot of options. Ice cream and some hot appetizers. As well as the typical rice hot dog, mochi donuts, and milk tea. My fiance got a coffee milk tea and a hot Cheetos potato hot dog. I got a taro milk tea with boba, hot Cheetos potato hot dog, and mochi donuts. The Korean hot dogs were amazing! Highly recommend trying it with the sauces! Spicy mayo always recommended but it was also great with sweet chili sauce. My fiance mixed several of the sauces together and used it in his hot dog. It was great. Plus, the dogs were much bigger than the ones in St Louis Park. The milk teas were slightly disappointing. We assume they were just mixed wrong because my taro tasted different, a bit like matcha. I assumed it was just a mistake, but I didn’t like it. I had taro milk teas in different locations and they tasted different than the one here. The mochi donuts were amazing. I had the Nutella, ube, and cookies and cream. Phenomenal. Least favorite was Nutella because it was messy and not as sweet and satisfying as cookies and cream. The service was great too! The owner helped us with our food and we had a lovely conversation with him. They even had toy machines in the location, where we got Pokemon figurines. The owner helped us take the figurines out of the container it was in. Overall, great experience! We are...
Read moreThis place was so good I had to come back the next day to try more! The pastries aren’t overly sweet & the texture is what really piqued my interest. I accidentally ordered my drink full sweet the second time but the sugar wasn’t overpowering which I liked.
Matcha Mochinut was very earthy, if you prefer your matcha this way you’ll love this one. Dubai Chocolate was really good, I wish they leaned a little more into the pistachio flavor. Cookies & cream was delicious, no critics here. Nutella was a little disappointing, the icing tasted like a simple milk chocolate and the pretzel was stale but nonetheless still yummy.
The Korean corn dog was made to order and the cheese pull was there! They have condiments so you can dress it anyway you please.
I believe they just expanded their menu to include hibachi, can’t wait to try.
This place was so good and conveniently located I’m surprised it wasn’t busier both days...
Read moreLove mochi donuts and bubble tea and was my 2nd time visiting and I can confidently say you can get better bubble tea at a cheaper price. Prices here are overpriced and I dont know why, it maybe because there's not direct competition in the surrounding area so here, I'll help- I recommend Pink tea in Bloomington, Tii Cup in Richfield or Uni Uni at the MOA ( My personal favorite). I would also recommend Mochi Dough in EP for cheaper donuts- 6 donuts for $16. I had a fruit tea and right away extremely sweet and had a kool aid, artificial flavor taste to it. With overpricing and very mid tea, I...
