I want seriously management to review this incident. If they will not review it them unfortunately I required to report it to headquarters and take legal action on this taco bell. On February 10 at 11.59 pm I ordered vegetarian Mexican pizza. He gave us pizza and we left , we checked and came back because it was beef and we are pure vegetarian so we cannot eat it. At 12:01 on February 11 we told guy that you gave us the wrong pizza and this is happening at this tacobell again and again . The guy who was making came at the window and used bad words and closed window on our face instead of resolving the issue. I have video dash cam as well. If management needs more information I can provide it but atleast please check your restaurant camera’s during that time and review your employees behavior and how rude he was with customers. If more information needed I can provide that from my car dash cam. Atleast don’t keep employee like This who doesn’t do their job moreover rude to all customers. I will go to Richfield but will never come back again to this branch and if no action will taken from management side I will take it to Taco bell headquarters.

Atmosphere: The property is small and squeezed in between others. Slow-moving traffic on nearby streets from long red lights or volume is tiresome. The Southdale area's crowded layout and asphalt lake and ponds are a disamenity for businesses there.
Incorrectly filled orders have been a recurring problem here.
Early 2022: My order was filled incorrectly on my first two visits to this store.
Later in 2022: An ingredient has been omitted from my order on three more visits.
October 2022: I am still receiving tacos with an ingredient missing or less than visually full tacos.
November 2022: I have received 2 soggy taco shells that fell apart at the base.
January 2023: I now expect this store to get my order wrong and I dread the idea of having to deal with a wrong order again.
November 2023: The amount of fillings other than lettuce has varied enough from visit to visit that I am wondering if I have received less than the website promises and I paid for.

Manager Yamailla Took my Order: I ordered "beefy bean burritos for a dollar with extra Jallepeno Sauce on the side..."
When I left I was surprised cause I just had bean burritos, discovered this while eating the burrito. So I went back, and Yamilla explained they don't have cheesy beefy bean burritos. (First time hearing this, despite my order being made). Me being confused I said "the dollar ones, with beef and the Jallepeno cheese?" She at this point was happy to correct me they don't make cheesy bean burritos either.
Gave them 3 burritos in the bag, they gave me 2 and said nothing! So I drove away to discover this.
Went back, explained I only got 2 burritos, so she then argued I ate the burrito... Lol I took two bites, 1 bite, plus a "is this wrong bite" but at no point did she think not to waste my time again, or explain not to make the situation worse, that's apparently too much to ask from a manager.
So I asked for a refund on the 2, she handed my card back and just shut the window. No I'm supposed to guess what's going on? Is my refund processed? So I asked for a receipt which she huffed and puffed for cause she had to go to the other side of the window. What a joke.
