I know this is a review and I should give an opinion, but I don't know what to think. Thus the 3-star.
The salads have been pretty good, their drinks are unique and really good, but their sandwiches are an affront to the word sandwich (last time I was there I tossed the sandwich I got). The strawberry is fine (who wouldn't like some chocolate on a strawberry, it's not like it takes a master chef to put this together), but their bread is always dry. I guess the whole place feels uneven, with this vibe of somebody threatening the puppy of every person on the counter if they're not overly cheerful - omnipresent yet creepy.
I feel like their plastic containers are a little wasteful too. Like there could be a much more environmentally friendly option. And the line - I still don't understand exactly how the system is supposed to work. It's like we're on a conveyor belt where stuff stops but the belt keeps moving. It's like the entire operation is just not...
Read moreIt was my first time EVER and I had a WONDERUL experience! When I first arrived there was a long line, but it went by quickly! I ordered the Power Bowl, mentioned it was my first time here and the man assisting me said I ordered like a pro! Further down the line, I was suggested a dessert, so I got the Dubai cup. They suggested it's better fresh by keeping my reciept and coming back to the front to recieve it. After finishing the power bowl, which was delicious, I went back and got the Dubai. It was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted in my LIFE! The staff were so kind as well, hyping me up about it and having conversations with I and the other customers in line. As I was leaving, one of the staff that was assisting me said "Hey, you got the Dubai - did you enjoy it?" I replied, "Yes! It was amazing!" He said "Oh I'm so glad to hear! I'm glad you had a great first time here!" It made my day! I'll definitely be returning to...
Read moreConsistently good A bit of commotion and very lively when dining in. The to-go containers are really convenient but the waste impact on those giant ones for the try-two just seems excessive; a soup container that is part compost and part recycle, in a big container that is recycle, I just hope customers know how to sort the plastics via recycle guides. The food comes together pretty consistent, I have had one time my roll was soggy on the base, they offer a bread with an order of soup. I was not bent out of proportion as I only eat half of the bread as it is; I just split it top to bottom. The salads are up in ratings for yum factor. Depending on what you are ordering you can be helped by 2-5 people; One per main food item, dessert option, and a cashier. It seems like they are also consistently developing new staff, which for us is a nice thing to see; training a younger work force towards...
