I scheduled an Exclusive Gold Line treatment for my husband's birthday last Thursday, April 10. The treatment costs $200 without tip. The appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM and I was notified at 3:06 PM via text that the appointment would start late.
The appointment did not end up starting until 3:30 PM thus my husband waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes. I specifically booked the Exclusive Gold Line treatment since the website says it lasts 105 minutes and I chose to splurge on a more expensive, longer treatment since it was a gift. However, the appointment did not last 105 minutes and was, at most, 67 minutes.
Scalp Rejuvenate does not have a phone number or email than I can contact. I messaged their Facebook and Instagram after the appointment to express my feedback and disappointment, but have not received a response.
I do not recommend their services as they do not provide what is advertised on their website. Especially since the treatments are expensive - it is not worth the risk of not receiving what...
Read moreScalp treatment was relaxing, there was a lot of attention to detail. Neck and shoulder massage, heated eye mask, and sheet mask. They didn't dry my hair all the way though. In their defense I do have a lot of hair but my hair was still damp near the scalp when I left. Also the lash lift in comparison to the previous one I had at a different location was kind of lack luster. It looks like when I attempted to do it myself but realized I couldn't get the same lift. In comparison, the dye tint wasn't applied well enough to the inner and outer corners, I think the perm solution should have been left on longer because I didn't get anywhere near the same amount of lift. They usually give you a spoolie or do it themselves so your lashes are actually separated. I left with my lashes stuck together and a little product still left on my eyes that I had to scratch off. For $200 for both of the services I would have expected better. The photo where my lashes are actually curled and fully tinted was no...
Read moreI have struggled with seborrheic dermatitis for a long long time and it’s a chronic condition with no cure but things you can do to manage the flare ups and control the symptoms. Itching , burning , build up etc .. I saw Pa , she’s amazing. For the first time in a long time , I can feel a healthy scalp, even if it’s for a short time before it returns. It’s so refreshing and relaxing , I fell asleep . She showed me under magnification the before and after , it’s insane. Looking forward to my next one already. This has truly been life changing to me. If you have SD or psoriasis or any other scalp issues , I highly highly recommend adding this scalp spa to your routine. I get that it’s $$ but if you can do it regularly it’s so so...
