Very disappointed at this location. I used to be all about Dunkin’ Donuts because their prices were amazing and the coffee was always good! But today their customer service was extremely horrible! Not only did I wait 30 min on the curbside pick up for my order that I had placed on the app. Which I had called to let them know I was outside they verified my order and told me it would be out shortly. Once I saw it had been just about 30 min I called again to ask for my order and I was told there was no order under my name and that I did not place an order! How did I not place an order when it clearly shows on my banking account that they withdrew $14.95!? I got off my vehicle to go inside the store and show them that I had ordered on the app and I was told I “was a liar” because I went to the re-order button on the app from the items I had just placed and showed them but apparently that wasn’t enough cause the items “were not paid for” I am not sure what school these workers went to but if you go to the button that asks you to re-order something it’s obviously not paid for because the items that you paid for were already ordered previously! Anyway that wasn’t enough proof but to make it worse I talk to the “so called manager” and show him my bank account were they withdrew the 14.95 and he says well ma’am we don’t go based on bank account statements... like are you serious??? And on top of that he tells me “we are going to give you the order just this one time but not again”. Making it seem like I was a liar after I clearly had proof that I had placed an order and they had taken my money out of my bank! This is the worst of the worst! Never going back to Dunkin’ Donuts again, their service is extremely terrible and they feel like somehow their entitled and try to make you feel like you’re to blame for their faults! And no I didn’t get a refund, also I didn’t get the order exactly as I had placed it, and they didn’t offer anything to make it up to me! So Today, I went to another Dunkin Donuts on North Mcoil Rd edbg tx. It's was worse! My daughter order peach drink. They gave her "dragon fruit" My daughter taste it, she meantion this not peach flavor. This was our first time ordering this drink. I asked the girl from Dunkin donuts, is this peach flavor. She said no , it's dragon fruit flavor. . We had barely gotten out from the hospital. They did some Lab work to my daughter. I said we ordered the peach flavor!!! this was there mistakes. The lady said give me back the drink, I gave you. "I'm like okay! With this virus going on, To top it off it was a large drink. They probably gave it to someone else. Why would they ask for it back. especially when they New my daughter had drank from it! I'm not going back to none of there Dunkin donuts places. My Daughter drink was there made already. Read moreWORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ! I come to Dunkin’s every morning before work and I’ve never had a issue with any of my items until today ! My iced coffee wasn’t even half way filled and I ordered the sourdough sandwich and the sandwich wasn’t toasted and cold ! When I arrived at this location yes they were busy but that’s still not a reason to put out cold food or rush through your service ! I love Dunkin’s that’s why I continue to come ! When I called after I left the manager(Mylyzsa) was very rude and wouldn’t let me explain what was wrong ! She continued to argue with me and got super defensive! I asked her to provide me with corporates number and she couldn’t do so ! I came after work and MARK was very helpful and understanding even though he didn’t know what had happened! He wasn’t even aware of the situation that happened this morning ! LACK OF COMMUNICATION Through management! I called the number mylyzsa wrote on the receipt and it wasn’t even Dunkin’s number it was a catering company ! Will not be returning to this location! Mind you this photo was taken after I dropped my daughter off and only the cold foam had melted ! I cannot upload the video of sand which only photos ! But shame on you Mylyzsa for allowing food to go out that way !
