El Parasol Snacks — Restaurant in Edinburg

Extremely rude customer service for late-night snackers, very transactional service attitude. The male tatted worker at the window didn’t greet or care to explain what came inside the raspa I ordered. I asked him what flavors were inside a certain Raspa. He then proceeded to tap a sign with the flavor listing next to him with his pen in an annoyed demeanor not explaining it could be whatever you choose & not bothering to say what he was pointing at. The raspa I got was more liquid than actual shaved ice it’s more of a drink than an actual snow cone. Employees who don’t wish to work nights shouldn’t be working nights if they are bothered to serve the customers who pay their bills.First and last time coming here.Management please talk to...

Very Rude! Me and my kids walked in and as soon as we approached the counter 2 workers looked straight at us didnt say a word and kept on as if we were not there. After a couple minutes and workers just casually looking at us thru the window, i rang the little bell they have after we figured out what we wanted and still all we got was stares from the window. Figured maybe they were busy. 5 mins later still nothing but blank stares, so i rang the bell again. I have been coming to parasol for years. I love the marranada. Today was different. I was given it with cream which I hate and when I told them they said it always comes like that and I continued saying that I have never received it that way. They refused to fix it and didn’t even bother to make it right. The girl claimed she is in charge and they put it all the time and wanted to argue. Like why?
