Wife and I were just passing by and decided to take a chance. We're glad we stopped by Small place, probably no more than 12 tables. One waitress is very attentive and friendly. The rice and beans were excellent, almost like moms and the entrees were seasoned perfectly, and portions were large for the price. I always order here and I love the food but today I had a bad experience. I ordered the mixed plate which every time I order it comes with two beans and two rice. So I ordered an extra rice that I paid for. Well I did not get the extra rice. I called and the lady that answered told me the mixed plate only comes with one rice and two beans which is not true I had ordered that plate before and she decided to hang up on me, very bad manners and rude.
